samlcfc Posted 24 November 2009 Posted 24 November 2009 Started a game with Leicester on this. No money and struggled to sell players that I felt I didnt need. Signed Mark Viduka, Ivan Campo and Sergiy Federov on free transfers. Unbeaten so far with only one draw which is pretty decent although struggled a in a few matches. Played 6 games and Gradels scored 3 goals off the wing including 2 in the cup against swansea in a 2-1 win, so im pretty glad I kept him, hes better than i thought he'd be.

I've got to reduce the age of my squad now and have generated a massive 5.75m from the sales of Rivaldo, Riquelme and Deco. In the long run you'll need British players and you don't half get charged through the nose for them. I made an enquiry to sign Ben Foster as he wasn't playing at Man U and they wanted £28m for him!

samlcfc Posted 26 November 2009 Posted 26 November 2009 Berner got injured on my game a while back and when he was fit we were doing so well i just kept the team as it was, just put him back into the team and it came straight up from kick off that he was injured and needed substituting then they destroyed Fryatt aswell who has been on fire. <_<
