On an earlier Championship Manager by SI games (pre football manager), the match engine was that dodgy that if you got your forward to man mark the opposition goalkeeper you'd bag a load. Only reason I remember this is becuase I had James Flood bagging over 92 goals in a season. Over memorable players from this edition were Richie Wellens from Man U, Dean Keates, Aaron Wilbrham, and I reckon a bloke called Shore if I remember right. Amazing to see where some of the wonderkids of past games have ended up!!

Nice to see they've sorted the match engine on the game out since then though.

I don't think the current match engine is too bad.

Sorry if this seems a strange question but does anyone else find that the vast majority of their league games are played at night? And does anyone know how to change this? I remember on FIFA 09 it would take the weather settings from the last played exhibition, but this doesn't appear to apply on FIFA 10.
