Mattock hands in transfer request

I'm telling you, this is fantastic business. It proves Pearson is a brilliant manager.

Regardless of Mattock acting cunny, and showing himself to be a complete shitter, this is great. We get rid of one of our most overrated, weakest players - make money off him before everyone realises he's shit. Quality. Maybe Pearson should phone WBA and tell them about DJ? Let's give them all the overrated deadwood we got!

Reflecting on it. Im not bothered he is leaving, he couldn't even handle League 1. If your good enough, your old enough imo. Mattock probably will be a decent player, but he didn't show anything last season. Get rid.

Anyway, striker time!

Personally, I wouldn't want to upset NP either.

This will have fired Pearson up big style. He'll be powering up the players for promotion more than ever, he'll be desperate for us to finish higher than West Brom and rub shit in their faces. NOW IT'S PERSONAL!

They took Mattock, they took Cox, they took Reid. Pearson will unleash his fury, and fook this division up its arse!

:celebrate:

I hate disloyal c*nts that do this. Apparently he rang up whilst out of the country... WHO DOES THAT!

Ive got a feeling that his international "mates" have persuaded him towards the phone...

For real, hate disloyal ****s bigtime. If I got the chance to play for Leicester, then only time I'd consider a move is if it was to a massive team like Man Utd or Liverpool, or even Barca or something. I got no problem with Heskey leaving when he did, and I don't know why Everton fans slate Rooney for departing. That's understandable...

... but for a midlands club that is probably marginally better than us right now? It's retarded. I hope he slips on some of his own bullshit out in brum and lands on Stearman's dick.

We are unambitious, how many Leicester fans have been really disappointed with how this pre-season has gone in terms of bringing players in to the club?

It has been poor considering how well we did last season and with Milan banging on about how we can go up in to the Premier League this year, it's ridiculous, we will struggle this season. without a doubt.

We're not Man City mate.....

I he fancies a change then that's upto him, he has probably been with the club the best part of 10 years and if he feels a change may help him further his career then he should go no problems with that.

What has really enraged me is the way he has gone about this, it appears the lad is a complete ar5e with almost zero professionalism to go with his limited ability. The way he has handled this is pretty outrageous phoning the chairman half way through a pre season game is just plain moronic.

As many have said his performances last season were ordinary at best can't think of one match he was outstanding in, just very ordinary. It seems to me the lad has a real attitude problem and ego to match and the sooner he's gone the better.

This.

He probably got ripped for playing for Leicester and it hurt his ego.

It was going to happen sooner or later, and 2 million will hopefully assist in bringing a few more quality players off the academy converbelt.

The situation surrounding the transfer request sounds quite worrying and redicolus - that was a bit silly Joe - so I guess theres no way back here. The interested parties provide hope as well, because we can insist on a healthy sell on clause, so that hopefully Joe will continue his develop, impress further and move on again netting us a tidy sum in the future.

I could tell he wouldn't be missed by many, as not many rated him - I just hope he doesn't end up tackling world beaters and leave us looking at what could have been?

I keep seeing this "it's ok we've got Berner", I thought Berner looked poor at left back last season, he was good in the middle at times but I don't see him as first choice left back.

Sounds as though he has ideas well above his station, and he was pisspoor for us last season as well.

If we can get £2 million plus for him and we get a good striker out of the transfer money, he'll be forgotten before Christmas.

he wasn't as bad as people made out but fook him, he can got and play for the Baggies and get ripped apart by Max Gradel when we play them

Let's pinch Beckford from under West Brom and Coventry's noses. That would severely annoy fans of three clubs. Lovely.

When the first thing I want to know is how much did we got for him, you can tell I dont really care! Not at all disappointed as long as its a good bit of money and a decent sell-on clause plus other bonuses like if he plays for England (hahahaha). I do like having home grown players coming through, but when they are as disloyal, unintelligent (may not be a massive thing...but when people can't speak properly it annoys me) and arrogant I would rather have a hungry player brought in on loan (Cleverly, Davies etc).

Seriously....anybody know the figure we are looking at? Get a striker in and it is a win-win
