Pearson the right man for the job?

Well on a Forest board I post on no one was personally calling for his head though I admit there were early concerns, and the two situations are uncomparable as Pearson has already achieved sucess with you last season and having spent less than we did when we got promotion(where we finished 19th),you should be biting your hand off to be sitting in 8th spot, not looking to criticise.

I came on here to wish you lot well initally and to say it's nice to see both of our clubs doing well for a change, but it seems too many are looking for too much too quickly on here so if Pearson does eventually fook off I won't be sorry to see some of you get a much needed reality check.

You only came back because you've won a few games.

If you read the original post, it talked about whether Pearson was the right man to lead us to the next level (I think that's a fair question). No-one is seriously suggesting he should be sacked on here, we've seen what chopping and changing has done before, and we don't want to go back to there.

There have been aspects of our performances so far that have been criticised (the performance on Saturday being the main one), but we're in a very good position and most fans are right behind the manager.

On one hand you could say Pearson is a managerial God for bringing on Gallagher and changing the game for us.

On the other you could say he was extremely lucky, completely got his formation and selection wrong, we were fooking shite first half and he continued to play the shit shit Howard, and the off form Fryatt, with Oakley on the right wing. And got lucky to score a rebounded Peno.

I think it balances out for me, and it was an ok performance from Pearson tonight.

well dont you feel an idiot now! hahahahahaha!

Not at all. Why? Just because we won tonight?

Come the end of the season I could be proved wrong, but not until then, and I believe I will be proved right.

Obviously I hope I am wrong.

He has made some poor buys, particularly up front, ( Gallagher excluded ), but has made some very strange positional choices.

Southgate's been sacked.

Hopefully they don't come sniffing around.

Well I think they must have been looking for someone after that poor run of results and have got whoever it is to agree to join tonight. Otherwise why sack him after a 2-0 win and sitting forth in the table.

Hopefully it's not NP, and logic says it's probably not, as I think they must have been thrashing out things while the game Derby game was going on, and obviously Nige was at the Walkers.

3 points off top. Anyone who believes we could realistically attract a manager capable of doing significantly better than that with the squad we have is a two-bit waste of skin.

May not happen, but the first word I uttered this morning, quite loudly after i saw the news was 'bollocks'

Gibson, go fook yourself and appoint someone else please.

People might appreciate NP,when we end up with a no mark wannabee alter ego manager who wants to be on Skysports all the time....

Benitez will be free later this morning :P

We could get Alex Ferguson in, be top by 4 points after 13 games and a section of our support will still be saying "If his tactics were better we'd be 10 clear".

Tis cos some Leicester folk are inbred.

Given their modest form being 4 points clear is testament to their excellent resilience and, yes tactics.

So Ferguson has done very well for an old alkie..... :o

We're not underperforming, we're 8th in a league we've just been promoted into

You hink then we should be lower than Blackpool then if so you must think Holloway is a genius take your pick
