RizLCFC Posted 14 January 2010 Posted 14 January 2010 I will be disappointed to be honest. I was hoping he would come back and solve half our winger problems i.e. no Oakley or Gallagher playing wide right.
Matt Posted 14 January 2010 Posted 14 January 2010 I'll be annoyed if it is Gradel who is off.My money is Dickov though. That would sort alot of people's morning glory out!
Cobbo Posted 14 January 2010 Posted 14 January 2010 Worrying that it's Fryatt - meaning if it is Gradel I would breathe a (weird) sigh of relief.
Vardinhio Posted 14 January 2010 Posted 14 January 2010 You heard it here first. Paul Dickov will sign for Middlesborough tommorow morning.

Edmund Posted 14 January 2010 Posted 14 January 2010 http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/Middl...icle268399.html The Boro boss is raiding Derby for Hulse and wants Dickov, on loan at the Rams from Leicester, to add some grit to his front-line. He feels Kitson is too lightweight and plans to return him to Stoke when his loan runs out next month. God Bless Strachan if this is true.
Fox You Forest Posted 15 January 2010 Posted 15 January 2010 It's not that crazy, Wasn't he linked with them a while back? Also the Derby fans thought he was doing brilliantly for them why didn't they extend his loan. Unless it's down to loan rules, I have no idea how many they have in on loan.

leftsideoverhere Posted 15 January 2010 Posted 15 January 2010 By Christ, after all the depressing stuff about Maxi, if it turns out Stringer has been teasing us for a story about NP offloading Dickov to Middlesboro, then I shall be mightily relieved. fooking hope that's true.
caz123 Posted 15 January 2010 Posted 15 January 2010 You heard it here first.Paul Dickov will sign for Middlesborough tommorow morning. Glad really that we didnt waste money on lita, glad he chose not to come
iancognito Posted 15 January 2010 Posted 15 January 2010 I know that Campbell's not exactly Mr Popular but I'm amazed no-one else has come in for him. He scored goals at Blackpool, has done fairly well without as many goals for Derby, there must be someone in need of a striker at this level willing to take a punt on him. As for Gradel, he's not had a look in since N'Guessan arrived and I can't see why Pearson has put him on the scrapheap ahead of that lump. I've seen him play 5 times and he's been worse than crap each time, as a striker and a 'winger'. I don't care about his three vital goals, the rest of his play has been abysmal and it's him we should be offering to Leeds not Max. In fact, if we get anything for Dickov, Pearson should hire a crossing coach, and get him to spend a couple of weeks with Gradel. If he gets that bit of his game sorted we'll have a decent player and N'Guessan can fook off back to Lincoln where he'd found his level. To sum up, I'm not keen on N'Guessan, I want him to be the player going in the morning

Reportedly he's on high wages for championship level which prices him out of a move to most clubs.

Tony Pine Posted 15 January 2010 Posted 15 January 2010 game winning header against swansea twice game winning cross against qpr a last minute goal to save us a point at watford and a goal to secure victory against macclesfield in the league cup that's 7 points in the league he's won us and a place in the next round of the cup and you want to get rid of him genius

I know N'Guessan is the synonym of inconsistency, but he has contributed a fair bit to the team.
Daggers Posted 15 January 2010 Posted 15 January 2010 Please let this be a mutual termination of DJ. And 'yes', that's exactly what I meant.

I would pay to see the mutual termination .
Matt Posted 15 January 2010 Posted 15 January 2010 Fucking hell Stringer, way to build it up..."And more to follow in the coming hour on a City player going out on loan" just been said on RL.
teblin Posted 15 January 2010 Posted 15 January 2010 Someone is leaving on loan thats what it said on radio leicester!
Jimothy Posted 15 January 2010 Posted 15 January 2010 That was a big build up for nothing then. And now they'll annouce it while I'm at work and have no radio. Bloody useless Radio Leicester.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 15 January 2010 Posted 15 January 2010 Stringer is Mr Corporate all the way and will do anything to get people to tune in and boost the listening figures.
Jimothy Posted 15 January 2010 Posted 15 January 2010 Stringer is Mr Corporate all the way and will do anything to get people to tune in and boost the listening figures. Good point. I just listened to 15 minutes of the drabbest radio of my life for nothing, thanks to Stringer and his ratings boosting.
Ford Super Sunday Posted 15 January 2010 Posted 15 January 2010 I would love it if he got people to listen in just to announce that someone like Astrist was going on loan to Wrexham for the rest of the season
lou Posted 15 January 2010 Posted 15 January 2010 Stringer just tweeted - papers still not signed so Im unable to announce it, sorry.
