At home a week on sunday, then away on the wednesday in that week. Unless we put something like 15 past Middlesbrough.

Some of you guys must have very understanding bosses! Theres no way I'd be able to get time off for an away leg at such short notice :(

I thought two weeks notice was standard practice?

Cheers both of you, I've got an exam the day after the second leg (for the first time in 4 years) so I need to be home early for that, last thing I need is a home leg then

Am i right in saying that :

There is about 2,000 p1 and p2s. 14000 ish p3's. So tommorow is a p3 day so about midday when I ring up there should be no problem me getting one as only around 16000 to 18000 out of about 30,000 will have been made availible by this point for the home leg.

Admit it: who else was in the ticket office when a load of "casuals" decided to try and get their mates tickets by taking out the season ticket insert out. This was followed by "THIS IS NOT A VALID SEASON TICKET" by every ticket office person. I laughed.

Just had a quick look on the Cardiff and Forest websites for the home fans, so i have based the prices on that, that they have given to home fans

Cardiff - Adults £26; Concessions (over 60's and U16's) £15 - Link - Cardiff website

Forest - Adult £25, Senior £19, Under 18 £12, Under 12 £6 Link - Forest (Half way down)

Couldn't see it been done, but then i didn't look to much so sorry lol.

Priority only applied to away tickets, not home tickets. You could have phoned up on Wednesday....

Could we still be playing the 2nd Leg of the play-offs at home. What if Cardiff go into administration 5 mins before the end of their last game of the season (Which according to the BBC site they could well do, depending on results elsewhere) we will end up 4th, at least we will clinch our Wembley spot at the Walkers.

It's been discussed to death here: http://www.foxestalk.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=65705

That is because, fortunately, they can't, as the rules state below...

I think they could have got agreement from "the away club" to vary the prices upwards, if they'd wanted to, however it would have meant waiting until after Sunday so they could have known who the away club was going to be.

But didn't the club's statement on ticketing say that they actually wanted to charge lower prices - for STH - but the league said they couldn't?

I know you're trying to get in the Guiness Book of Records for the most cynicism expressed in a single football season, Ian, but I think on this occasion the club have done pretty well.

There seems to be quite a few that aren't that impressed and to make the ticket office unavailable for any queries means there's many that are left in limbo.

I can't order on line and there's no one to contact to sort out my online access. I've heard of others that have family ST which have one ref. no. and they can't order online or through ticket master.

The only way for some is to ring the ticket office and to 'pretend you're ordering a ST or a Middlesboro ticket and it would appear many are doing that because you now can't get through on the phone and they've had to alter the ST rules to allow you just to register an interest by email

Seems to me they've put too much faith in their online facility and it's not up to the job.

Well, except that, according to the OS, if you have problems buying online they will respond to an email about that...

Should any supporters experience any difficulties through the dedicated hotline or ordering on-line, please email [email protected] with the subject line 'TICKETMASTER QUERY' including your contact details.

I think they're trying their best to offer a variety of ways to buy tickets, respect the existing priority system and also cope with the inevitable chancers who will be trying to jump the queue.

Oh, and lol at this...

When purchasing via the dedicated hotline supporters are urged to dial carefully (0844 248 5008), as high volumes of calls have been received at the Victoria Palace Theatre in London from City supporters in search of play-off tickets.

Anyone else imagine Wayne Brown in panto at the Victoria Palace Theatre?

That was added a couple of days afterwards, when I initially tried to get my tickets on line and failed I emailed the ticket office and got a standard reply saying they weren't responding to emails and to ring up, when I rang up the only options were for buying STs and Middlesborough tickets so that were completely shut off. They obviously realised their mistake and changed their approach but initially they were uncontactable.

I accept they are trying their best but that was a fundamental error which I'm happy to see they've now put right.

I bought my ticket today (I'm a member) before 9am - I was surprised it let me buy it, I just hope there weren't any glitches as I've got my ticket confirmation.

Finally got through and they say the systems are down, please call back later. Awesome. :S

I got mine online about 10 mins ago - no problems. Might be worth trying again.

Oh, and in case anyone's interested (and the 'coloured blocks in the stands' are accurate) it looks like there's still lots of tickets available. Several blocks in the kop were showing as 'amber' but the rest in there were green. No areas were showing as sold out yet (in the kop... sorry, didn't look at the other stands).

And, for whoever asked, yes, the online system does allow you to choose whichever seat you want. Or it finds you the nearest available.

Cynicism? Nah I was simply showing the rule which stated they couldn't raise the ticket prices. The club could have charges £45 and I wouldn't have cared. Not a drop of cynicism here.

Wow the ticket office just rang me to get the tickets sorted!! :w00t:

If anybody else is having probs drop 'em email with TICKETMASTER QUERY as the subject and stick your member numbers on (as DavieG said earlier in the thread) and they'll prob call you to.

Can't wait for the game(s)!!

Pretty gutted that the club wouldn't let me pre-order an away ticket despite being priority one and them confirming to me that we had less than 2000 P1s.

Means I'm gonna have to come back on Thursday now because they also refused to confirm tickets would be available by phone or e-mail. Annoying considering it's election day. Won't be moaning if I snaffle a ticket mind you. :)
