CosbehFox Posted 29 April 2010 Posted 29 April 2010 Well that was fun. 40 minutes wait. Asked about the away game (just for maddog) informed that nothing has really been confirmed as of yet. So the statement is pretty much worth nothing.
Ford Super Sunday Posted 29 April 2010 Posted 29 April 2010 Got back after being in the queue from 12:10 to 13:15, and there I was thinking i'd be there 10 minutes max Some of the ticket office staff were looking as miserable as sin I reckon some will top themselves if we get to wembley
Corky Posted 29 April 2010 Posted 29 April 2010 Tickets have arrived. Surprised they've got here already, only ordered yesterday (usually takes about three days to reach my house).
lcfcadam Posted 29 April 2010 Posted 29 April 2010 I could well succumb to ticketmaster, is that how you got yours or was that the LCFC online? Nah, thankfully my reserved seats appeared straight away on the eticket website. Looking at the weather forecast, I'd be rather inclined to take the phone option if I was in your situation. May well be 20 mins of hell, but at least you'd be dry and comfy!
Harborough__Fox Posted 29 April 2010 Posted 29 April 2010 I just got off the phone for the third time in the space of an hour trying to get my guarenteed STH seat for the home leg, however after being told my seat was unavailable because someone else had already purchased it i was abit annoyed. so then i asked for adifferent seat in L1 and was told that the card i used to purchase most of this seasons games was not being accepted because they dont accept this type of card! now excuse my language but im so pissed off that im VEXXED!!! Not Happy Sam
maddog Posted 29 April 2010 Posted 29 April 2010 Wow surprised at how easy that was to do online. Logged in and there it was, seat reserved for you for playoff semi. Easy, i'm paranoid into thinking that things like that always go wrong but it didn't. Just hope the ticket gets posted to the right address now And the tickets here the next day. I've massively under-estimated the logistical prowess of the club. Hats off to them for this.

davieG Posted 29 April 2010 Posted 29 April 2010 And the tickets here the next day. I've massively under-estimated the logistical prowess of the club. Hats off to them for this. There seems to be quite a few that aren't that impressed and to make the ticket office unavailable for any queries means there's many that are left in limbo. I can't order on line and there's no one to contact to sort out my online access. I've heard of others that have family ST which have one ref. no. and they can't order online or through ticket master. The only way for some is to ring the ticket office and to 'pretend you're ordering a ST or a Middlesboro ticket and it would appear many are doing that because you now can't get through on the phone and they've had to alter the ST rules to allow you just to register an interest by email Seems to me they've put too much faith in their online facility and it's not up to the job.
Craig Posted 29 April 2010 Posted 29 April 2010 DUE TO THE HIGH NUMBER OF QUERIES WE ARE SORRY WE ARE UNABLE TO RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS. THIS EMAIL FACILITY IS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE. Thank You for your continued support LCFC TICKET OFFICE fook sake.
Webbo Posted 29 April 2010 Posted 29 April 2010 I ended up buying 2 tickets on the phone. There's an extra £4 I could have done without spending. <_<
Ozwin Posted 29 April 2010 Posted 29 April 2010 Pretty mad down the ticket office today, £12 a ticket is mental too. I kept trying to convince myself it was a mistake or something. Great price, especially when you think even if they were £30 a ticket it'd still be a sellout. Good work Mandy or whoever decided the pricing.
Asha Posted 29 April 2010 Posted 29 April 2010 Bought my ticket earlier online in the usual seat. £1 booking fee is not too bad.

Great price, especially when you think even if they were £30 a ticket it'd still be a sellout. Good work Mandy or whoever decided the pricing. That is because, fortunately, they can't, as the rules state below... 10.1.4.2 The Home Club may not change its normal League admission chargeswithout the written agreement of the Away Club. Any disagreement between the Clubs shall be determined by the Executive; 10.1.4.3 In all Play-Off matches the expenses of the match shall include travelling and/or hotel expenses of Players and Officials of the Away Club. Such expenses shall be limited to those incurred for a party not exceeding twenty in number. The Away Club shall be entitled to claim 2nd class railway fares and hotel expenses (at the rate and as determined by the Executive from time to time, per person per night or a maximum where there is no overnight stay) if incurred. Motor coach hire may be claimed in lieu of railway fares. 10.1.4.4 In all Play-Off matches 50% of the net gate receipts shall be paid into the Pool Account referred to in Article 54 of the Articles of Association; 10.1.4.5 In all play-off matches apart from the final play-off matches the remaining 50% of the net gate receipts shall also be aggregated, Division by Division, and each Division’s aggregated monies shall be shared equally amongst the four Clubs taking part in that Division’s play-off matches. In the final play-off matches the remaining 50% of the net gate receipts shall be divided equally between the two Clubs taking part in each final play-off match.
Matt Posted 29 April 2010 Posted 29 April 2010 Got my tickets in the post this morning, amazed at how quick they've got them sent out, especially as they warned that we'd probably recieve the tickets around 3 days prior to the match (Spose it's just to cover themselves) has LCFC finally organised something quite well?! (I know its via Ticketmaster but LCFC must print the tickets/the main party in all of it)
Maybes Posted 29 April 2010 Posted 29 April 2010 Play off leg tickets were easy to do. Just went on the web and they arrived this morning. JD.
Guest Posted 29 April 2010 Posted 29 April 2010 I arrived about about 6.25pm and was out by 6.30pm. Bit narked about the lack of student ticket, but hey ho. For the record, no details have been arranged for the Play Off Final, if we get there. That includes the number of tickets available per STH. I gave them my tuppence on the subject.... so reel your neck in. If this is indeed the way you speak to people face to face i'm surprised you havent received a few bruised cheeks!theres some cracking people on here, its a shame that these are overwhelmed by opinionated idiots who beleive thay are always in the right and can do no wrong. If asking a legitimate question is a crime on here, then I want no part of it. Is that a threat? Shame I won't get an answer. And all this from the bloke who doesn't like people judging him from this forum. It's ok for you (sorry, I know you won't read this) to make assumptions. Just as I thought; a hypocrite. I would suggest you also give the internet as a whole a wide berth, if this is how you react.
Ashley Posted 29 April 2010 Posted 29 April 2010 I purchased my tickets earlier I was in the que for around 45 minutes.
lildave3 Posted 29 April 2010 Posted 29 April 2010 I am rather confused: where exactly is the need to queue for hours today? I thought we'd already established that only ST holders can buy until next week, and therefore their seats are guaranteed beforehand? So why are this lot not just logging on to the ticketing website or ringing up the "special hotline"? Maybe like me they have a shitty card that only LCFC don't accept so can't ring up or go online.
maddog Posted 29 April 2010 Posted 29 April 2010 Well one home ticket i know of is going to someone without a ST already secured through someones dad whos son works at the TO. But away tickets are like gold dust apparently and will be very hard to get. Even for friends of friends of TO workers
Aeropars Posted 29 April 2010 Posted 29 April 2010 Some of you guys must have very understanding bosses! Theres no way I'd be able to get time off for an away leg at such short notice
syston_fox Posted 29 April 2010 Posted 29 April 2010 Some of you guys must have very understanding bosses! Theres no way I'd be able to get time off for an away leg at such short notice 2 and a half weeks in advance for an afternoon off..... you're boss must be a right git if he won't let you have that!!
