Ashley Posted 13 May 2010 Posted 13 May 2010 Rip to the Cardiff fan who died last night. The article on this is on Wales online. Sorry if this has been posted.
Edmund Posted 13 May 2010 Posted 13 May 2010 It certainly puts things into perspective. As much as that penalty is still hearting it's not even comparable to the loss of life. RIP
Guest Bilo Posted 13 May 2010 Posted 13 May 2010 It certainly puts things into perspective. As much as that penalty is still hearting it's not even comparable to the loss of life. RIP Hear hear. RIP.
thybluefox Posted 13 May 2010 Posted 13 May 2010 Heart-attack ofter Chopras opening goal. All of a sudden football doesn't seem that important. Thoughts with his family and friends, RIP.
Kilworthfox Posted 13 May 2010 Posted 13 May 2010 WOW how very sad, but what a way to go celebrating your teams goal
MC Prussian Posted 13 May 2010 Posted 13 May 2010 Possibly missing out on your own team making it to the Premier League for the very first time. Sad news.
StanSP Posted 13 May 2010 Posted 13 May 2010 Condolences to his friends and family. He missed out on an immense game, but went cheering for the club he loved. R.I.P
samjohnson Posted 13 May 2010 Posted 13 May 2010 Never got the chance to go to wembley again... Thoughts with his family... RIP
Unit Posted 13 May 2010 Posted 13 May 2010 That's terrible R.I.P It's strange how football can have such a massive effect (assuming this was the cause) I even felt my own heart going mental after the penalty yesterday, maybe all the stuff they tell us about football being bad for us and our 'stress levels' could be true?
Foxhateram Posted 13 May 2010 Posted 13 May 2010 Never got the chance to go to wembley again... Thoughts with his family... RIP Gosh that makes you put things into perspective. While some of us are moaning about the referee and crying about a penalty(including me) there is a man who died in all the excitement. Great way to go though as someone else has said! Shame he couldn't have seen what followed. thoughts go out to his family.
LCFC-ARAB Posted 13 May 2010 Posted 13 May 2010 R.I.P No one should die watching football But if i could chose how to go, it would be celebrating Leicester scoring a goal
Raj Posted 13 May 2010 Posted 13 May 2010 Having lost my Brother and mum in the last 6-7 months it DOES put things in perspective. If we'd have lost that game a year or so back i'd have been in tears!! In the greater scheme of things it really is only 22 blokes running around trying to kick a bag of air in a net(Or to save it going in!!!)
z-layrex Posted 13 May 2010 Posted 13 May 2010 May he rest in peace. Such a young age to die, I hope his family are coping ok. He died watching his team score. xo
muzzyisalegend Posted 13 May 2010 Posted 13 May 2010 Suddenly losing a play off semi final doesn't seem important - my thoughts are with his family. He'll never get to see his team in the premier league. I hope Cardiff get there now just for him. RIP.
