lcfcsnow Posted 1 June 2010 Posted 1 June 2010 Enormous potential, shame Pearson didn't give him another year as Wesolowsk and Spearing seemed similar players. If he's over his injuries now he could reach that potential he showed early on with us. Good luck to him.
Fox in a Box Posted 1 June 2010 Posted 1 June 2010 Bobo Balde ruined such a great talent end of story.
Unabomber Posted 1 June 2010 Posted 1 June 2010 Good luck to him. Glad he is staying in England as I am interested in seeing how he progresses, he should be a great signing for Posh.
Fox You Forest Posted 1 June 2010 Posted 1 June 2010 Good luck to the lad, hope he keeps injury free.
Narborough_fox Posted 1 June 2010 Posted 1 June 2010 Hoping he has a good time he really deserves it, i can still remember the Balde tackle on him, Horrific. Good luck Weso!
Dames Posted 1 June 2010 Posted 1 June 2010 They'll be lucky to get more than 20 appearances out of him next season.
BoneDog Posted 1 June 2010 Posted 1 June 2010 That's not a bad move for him. I'll be looking out for Peterborough now to see how he get's on, hope he does well and has some success.
davieG Posted 1 June 2010 Posted 1 June 2010 They'll be lucky to get more than 20 appearances out of him next season. He played 30 games for Hamilton this season.

If he's over his injuries now he could reach that potential he showed early on with us. Good luck to him. Though I think Spearing's vision and potential are someway more than Weso's, I agree that he could have stayed at the club and in the squad for the coming year - who knows. Still, if np doesn't rate you, you won't find it easy here, and you'll be shipped off to the Gulag. Whenever I saw Weso playing for Hamilton on Sky alongside McArthur (currently caught in a tug of love between Leeds and Wigan apparently), it was always our guy who caught the eye. Will watch his progress with interest, any road. All the best Weso.
DanTheFox07 Posted 1 June 2010 Posted 1 June 2010 Bobo Balde ruined such a great talent end of story. Agree with this, who know`s what might have been if this didn`t happen, we always get bad injuries to any talented players we get!
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 1 June 2010 Posted 1 June 2010 Hope he does well, just hope he doesnt get injured again.
Tilley Posted 1 June 2010 Posted 1 June 2010 Will make a cracking League One midfielder if he can stay injury free, hope he's a success there, always liked him.
UrbanFox Posted 1 June 2010 Posted 1 June 2010 Will make a cracking League One midfielder if he can stay injury free, hope he's a success there, always liked him. I Agree, Best of luck to the lad!
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 1 June 2010 Posted 1 June 2010 Always liked the guy, but that's probably about his level in honesty.
Fox92 Posted 1 June 2010 Posted 1 June 2010 Shame he picked up several bad injuires because he was a good little player. Good luck to him, Peterborough may be up there.
iancognito Posted 1 June 2010 Posted 1 June 2010 Gary Johnson's always been a good judge of players and Weso might end up being one of his best buys yet. He's at a decent level at the right time in his career to prove himself as well. Good move all round.
Matt Posted 1 June 2010 Posted 1 June 2010 Good luck Weso. Really liked him, looked a real decent prospect but due to injury has never worked out here.
Liamlcfc1 Posted 1 June 2010 Posted 1 June 2010 yep such a nice guy hope he does well good luck James
coale39 Posted 1 June 2010 Posted 1 June 2010 Could have been a great player, such a shame. Has a good attitude though good luck to him. (btw, do we need that sticky thread again with the comings and goings?)
Edmund Posted 1 June 2010 Posted 1 June 2010 He impressed at Hamilton last year. Their fans are sad he didn't re sign for them. http://www.setbb.com/acciesworld/viewtopic.php?t=11924&mforum=acciesworld It makes me laugh people in this thread already writing his career off. "He could have been a great player". The lads only 22

maddog Posted 1 June 2010 Posted 1 June 2010 Decent move for him. He could perform well there, perhaps use them as a stepping stone back to a Championship club, and become a regular. You wonder what might have been for Jimmy without the injuries
