Like what I've seen of him. Decent rumour if true, but I'm not sure if I see him leaving Milllllllllllllllll. Reckon he'll fancy a shot in this division with them before he decides to move on.

Would love to sign this guy but can't see it happening.

If money is required I don't think we'll be involved.

Reading between the lines from Lee Hoos' latest comments, i'd say we'll be looking at loans or free transfers only.

Cant say id want him tbh. We need strikers that are proven at this level or higher.

For that you'd need to pay money.

And decent money at that. You wont pick up a proven goalscorer for less than £1.5 million and I cant see us spending that.

I noticed this in the paper, first thoughts were i'd rather have Charlie Austin.

Nah, this guy's underrated. Hes got all the attributes for a good striker. Charlie Austin won't make it at a higher level.

Ive said about Morison a lot previously. Now that theres a rumour im getting excited :unsure:lol

Austin's just 20, quick, 6ft 2 and managed 19 goals in his first professional season alone to rule him out making an impact at a higher level is daft.

No doubt Morison's ability, loved the way he ran the channels in the playoff final. A performance of effort, one of those strikers you'd love playing.

That said, he's a London boy, loved at Mill, we'd be looking million at least and we rejected him as a youngster.

Morison would be a decent acquisition. I like what I've seen of him albeit briefly.

As for Austin, he's been heavily linked with Cardiff recently. Potential replacement for Chopra who's destined for Ipswich.

We rejected him :o .. Yeahh perhaps in the future Austin but first season in pro footy its too much of a step.

I like how when it's a decent player linked to city everyones speculating, but when it's an average/ rubbish player rumored to go to leicester everyone just ignores it and say it's unreliable and probably made up :L

National press reports had linked Morison with a £1.5million transfer to the Walkers Stadium, but Lions chief executive Andy Ambler was quick to pour scorn on any suggestion that the 23-goal striker could leave the Den this summer.

"It's all rubbish," he told the 'News'. "I was sitting next to the chief executive of Leicester City at the Football League conference this week. I worked with him for seven years in the same office at Fulham, and I know him very, very well - he's one of my best mates in football. We discussed it and neither of us knew where it had come from.

"Steve Morison is our player and he has two years left on his contract," Ambler added. "As far as we're concerned, Steve is looking forward to leading the line for Millwall in the Championship. "The only conversations we've had with Steve are about how much he's looking forward to playing in the Championship with Millwall", he said.
