stripeyfox Posted 6 August 2010 Posted 6 August 2010 Sadly due to my age my 'football manager' days go back even further. Anyone remember such gems as 'Football Director' and 'Tracksuit Manager'? I used to buy all of the management games on my Electron and Spectrum. The original Football Manager of course. Used to love Football Director and Tracksuit Manager. Also remember one called "Soccer Supremo" which was ace, because the players didn't have ratings as such but had a descritpion of them in the manual - eg "he has been the reserve team goalie for 2 seasons after being released by Liverpool, but shows promise". Treble Champions was good as well, and the Premier Manager series on the Amiga took a lot of time - calculating which advertising board would generate most revenue.

shen Posted 7 August 2010 Posted 7 August 2010 I can exclusively reveal there will in fact be more than 6 new things added to FM11 I wasn't expecting any less Just the ones listed above are but tweaks or cosmetic surgery (no offense ), nothing that enhances gameplay a great deal, hence my lukewarm reaction.

I would much prefer they programme the agents to be devilish and dificult to deal with, with fake names, than have real agents as a cosmetic feature.
