Interesting as these stories are (I met Iwan Roberts buying Leicester kits for his family in the club shop while he was a player with us), with reference to the original post did Mr Tunchev actually mention anything about if/when he might play again? Or was the OP too starstruck to ask (understandable!).

lol bloody love some of the comments in this thread...

My sister went to gary Linekers (first) wedding....

Got some right good photos too.

I ran an errand for mark north and ricky hill after Pleat had a mini set piece training at filbo before setting off for an away game. He gave me the dosh and off I ran to filbert groceries to get a couple of cans of lucozade and a couple of mars bars. Propper pegged it too. Got to keep the change :D

Is that at Twinlakes? Also, not being great with faces and wouldn't know most of the Leicester players if I bumped into them, can I ask who is it? And which one is the footballer?

Saw Zeljko Kalac in ASDA at Fosse Park. Boy he was tall, his head was above the shelving.

I met Kasey Keller, he was a really nice guy. He was given a tour of the place I worked at. It was owned by an American chap at the time.

When I was a nipper I used to live in Cov. One of their fullbacks was Brian Roberts and he used to live in the same close as me. We used to knock on his door and asked if he wanted a kickabout with us, 9 times out of ten he used to come and play. Top bloke for that.

Emile came to my primary school in year 5.

He used to go there in his younger days. Came, handed out a few trophies and went.

You go Linden?

Saw and had a word with Chrissy Powell last year in Sainsbury's when we had been thumped at Forest and asked for his autograph etc. but i did say to him, it happens but he said sommut was going on in the camp anyway. Made me think of when Nazi Brown did what he did later on (before Cardiff). Same opposition tomorrow, time for revenge!

Met Frank Lampard and Shaun Wright Phillips at a England Cricket Match at The Oval once. Sat right next to me, was a nice chap.

I was bullshitting by the way, was just waiting for someone to reply. My biggest claim to fame is scoring a goal against my mate Fred who once played for Norwich Under 11's.

Not so much 'days out' but...

Used to go clubbing with Ian Marshall in his Ipshite days. He threw up on my feet. Smuggled him into the Colchester Hippodrome (he'd been banned the week before for generally being a scruffy, gobby, Scouse drunkard).

Used to go to school with Jamie Scowcroft - can't remember him though.

Matt Elliot and mates squared up to some random bloke in Simpkins who was having a go at me.

Simon Grayson tried to chat me up in Brannigans.

And MoN bought me a drink and made polite conversation.

And what was your response to mr Grayson in exact words! That came out like an agressive boyfriend.what i meant was did you or didnt you,and if not did he sulk!
