They're not the ones running around for 90 minutes. I couldn't care less about their age, I just want them to be competent and to stick around and commit.
MikeyT Posted 2 October 2010 Posted 2 October 2010 They're not the ones running around for 90 minutes. I couldn't care less about their age, I just want them to be competent and to stick around and commit. Totally agree.
Jakemoore Posted 2 October 2010 Posted 2 October 2010 As long as they play a 442 with all players in their natural positions then I don't care how old they are
Simmo86 Posted 2 October 2010 Posted 2 October 2010 Whats the obsession with 442? 433/451 worked perfectly well last season
Braunyfox Posted 2 October 2010 Posted 2 October 2010 As long as they play a 442 with all players in their natural positions then I don't care how old they are I hope they bring in some new players with a bit of quality, which is sadly lacking. There are too many deluded people (not meaning you sir) on here who feel the players are of the right standard. Steve Claridge was right Leicester did over achieve last season. It is now the time for a complete overhaul ......

Asha Posted 2 October 2010 Posted 2 October 2010 I agree we need to really utilise the loan market - something Sousa was clearly dead set against.
hackneyfox Posted 2 October 2010 Posted 2 October 2010 Vitor on loan Ikeme on loan Only 12 games gone Not sure how you can make that claim
davieG Posted 2 October 2010 Posted 2 October 2010 Vitor on loan Ikeme on loan Only 12 games gone Not sure how you can make that claim Not forgetting the clubs failed attempt to get Zayatte in on loan which could have made all the difference.
Al-aLondon-Foxile Posted 2 October 2010 Posted 2 October 2010 We were close to signing a couple of players on long term loans in the past few weeks that may have added some quality to the side. However their wage demands of 25k per week were too high & so the deals didn't happen.
Jayke Posted 2 October 2010 Posted 2 October 2010 Sven isn't a tracksuit coach, and Tord Grip is too old to be one.... so who's going to be the coach? Stockwell maybe?
Lord Fox Posted 2 October 2010 Posted 2 October 2010 Whats the obsession with 442? 433/451 worked perfectly well last season we played 4 4 2 today and won, and finished playing 442 against Norwich and looked bettter
FrankieADZ Posted 2 October 2010 Posted 2 October 2010 Hopefully it will be Chris Powell, Cant think of a better chap myself, the guys knows the players and has there respect, so why not.

Photographer Posted 2 October 2010 Posted 2 October 2010 hopefully Powell will be heavily involved, and bring a bit of passion if so I can see it working what with Svens know how and contacts.
StanSP Posted 2 October 2010 Posted 2 October 2010 tord grip will join sven at leicester city , 72 yrs old ! nearly official , you 'll find out soon ! Derek Fazackerley will be Svens number 2.
Jay Posted 2 October 2010 Posted 2 October 2010 apparently it's on Stringers twitter. it is and he was also his number 2 at Man City and is currently at Huddersfield as number 2 to Lee Clark so makes sense.
