Collier Posted 15 October 2010 Posted 15 October 2010 I'd like to see Moussa given a bit more playing time, be it as a sub or starter.
Lloyd Dyer Posted 15 October 2010 Posted 15 October 2010 --------------------------Weale-------------------------- ----Neilson----------Hobbs-------Vitor----------Berner ---N'Guessan-----King----------Wellens---------Dyer ----------------- Waghorn---------Gallagher------ SUBS: Logan Naughton Morrison Oakley Moussa Howard Crcnic
Kent Posted 15 October 2010 Posted 15 October 2010 Has Davies definitely signed? I don't think there's an OS is there, or have I missed something?
harpendenfox Posted 15 October 2010 Posted 15 October 2010 stick curtis Davies in instead of God and someone else for N'Guessen and you got yourself a good team. I don't think we should dispense with God so quickly. I'm told he has great vision, always seems to know what's about to happen, and superb experience having been around since the beginning of time. Trouble is he can never play on a Sunday because he gets a bit uptight about the Sabbath. Solid signing. Good to have on our side

phillthefox Posted 15 October 2010 Posted 15 October 2010 It seems an eternity since our last match and I can't remember looking forward to a game as much as this one in quite a while. There seems to be plenty of optimism around at the moment what with our new wealthy owners, new high profile manager and a new signing already in Kyle Naughton. It's sure to be a tough game, NP obviously knows most of players well and will return to the Walkers with a point to prove. The atmosphere should be great and hopefully Pearson will get a decent reception but more importantly a massive welcome to the mighty Sven and hopefully the start of some good times (God knows we deserve it!). It'll be interesting to see how we will line up, Sven is a fan of 442 so more than likely this will be the case. I'd expect to see something along the lines of : Weale Berner Hobbs Morrison Naughton Dyer King Wellens Gallagher Howard Waghorn Wouldn't be too disappointed to see something along those lines but we have plenty of options so what does everyone else think? Score prediction? I'll say 2-0 to us and the start of a long climb up the table. think this is a pretty good bet on the line up Also just had 2-0 myself at 10/1 .......
Lillehamring Posted 15 October 2010 Posted 15 October 2010 weale naughton - hobbs- vitor - berner moussa/gally -king - oakley - dyer gally/howard - waghorn i'm stuck on the midfield, i can't see him dropping oakley, but it would be madness to leave king out, i am stuck whether he will go for moussa as a more natural winger, or gally, which would leave howard up front, which would be very disappointing. i assume fryatt is still banned?
AmyLGK Posted 15 October 2010 Posted 15 October 2010 GUYS - DYER IS INJURED!! A thin strain according to the LM!
Ric Flair Posted 15 October 2010 Posted 15 October 2010 Without Dyer we are going to be missing his pace and width, Moussa really does have the opportunity to shine. Weale Naughton Hobbs Davies Berner Moussa King Oakley/Wellens not arsed Gallagher Howard Waghorn Subs: Oakley/Wellens, Kennedy, Morrison, Vitor, Logan, Schlupp, Moreno We really are lacking options upfront and out wide. Plenty of defenders to choose from, some of them need to be shipped out. I'd not be surprised to see a winger/striker in before midday today.
Tommy G Posted 15 October 2010 Posted 15 October 2010 I expect us to sign a winger/striker very soon. If not and considering Dyer is out he may play Moussa Debuts to Davies and Naughton. Think he will rest King given he played mid week + he hasn't trained with Sven much. Oakley and Wellens will start in the middle. Waghorn and Howard up front unless we get a new striker in before, looks unlikely unless anyone can shed some light.
Fox You Forest Posted 15 October 2010 Posted 15 October 2010 ------------------Weale----------------- Naughton-Davies-Hobbs-Berner Gallagher---Wellens---Abe---Dyer --------King----------------------------- --------------------Waghorn----------- Give King the freedom to do what he wants and where he wants, If Dyer is injured then Moussa.
Jakemoore Posted 15 October 2010 Posted 15 October 2010 Ikeme will probably start in nets though. Apart from that I can't disagree. No Weale will start, he started the Thai friendly
Uncle Monty Posted 15 October 2010 Posted 15 October 2010 If Davies actually signs, will he start? He hasn't had any match time recently so he must be off the pace.

MikeyT Posted 15 October 2010 Posted 15 October 2010 Weale Naughton Hobbs Davies Berner (Daimond Midfield with Abe in front of the back 4) Wellens King Abe Gallagher Waghorn Howard
Tommy G Posted 15 October 2010 Posted 15 October 2010 Sneaky feeling he may stick Kennedy in as Dyer is injured, gives us natural width at least and decent going forward.
Adster Posted 15 October 2010 Posted 15 October 2010 Sneaky feeling he may stick Kennedy in as Dyer is injured, gives us natural width at least and decent going forward. Kennedy plays at left BACK. not left wing.
h1210 Posted 15 October 2010 Posted 15 October 2010 Kennedy plays at left BACK. not left wing. Fairly sure he's played left mid already this season. Norwich? Can't remember. EDIT: Although I think the original point was that without Dyer on the left our width down that flank would be coming from the full back
FoxyPV Posted 15 October 2010 Posted 15 October 2010 At this rate we'll end up with a new team by kick off tomorrow! it'll be full of PL players who can't get a game!
Tommy G Posted 15 October 2010 Posted 15 October 2010 Kennedy plays at left BACK. not left wing. I know I'm not fooking retarded. Just saying he might stick him left mid as he is left footed and could do a job there. Morrison is apparently a CB and plays RB. Waghorn is a striker and has played midfield uner Sousa. It's not football manager mate, you can play players outside of their natural position

Tommy G Posted 15 October 2010 Posted 15 October 2010 Easy Tommy, no need for that!! Apologies but when some try hard points out the bleeding obvious it gets my back up
Master Fox Posted 15 October 2010 Posted 15 October 2010 My Team: Weale Naughton Hobbs Davies Berner Moussa King Wellens Or Abe Dyer Waghorn Gallagher we'd win 6-0 with that team
