hackneyfox Posted 26 October 2010 Posted 26 October 2010 Sven seemed to use the game to check a few players out. Moreno, Gallagher & Wellens were apparently ok. King obviously. How many of the others deserve to stay?
Cheese Me Posted 26 October 2010 Posted 26 October 2010 Really not good but it wasn't the full first choice team, there were a couple of mistakes that hurt us, lets just let this game go and not get on anyones back too much. Get the win on Saturday and concentrate on getting up the league now
hackneyfox Posted 26 October 2010 Posted 26 October 2010 And I don't see Gallagher having much of a future. Wellens blows hot and cold
Libertine Posted 26 October 2010 Posted 26 October 2010 I, personally, would put the blame entirely with Matt Fryatt. Not only for the defeat tonight, but most of the world's troubles, especially poverty, animal cruelty and the ever-constant threat of terrorism.
Matt Posted 26 October 2010 Posted 26 October 2010 Glad someone else started this today, Tommy G might have took offence again if I started it despite having the same opinion as him. Well, disappoined, but been saying all day if we win great, if we lose oh well, we can now focus on our relegation battle. We clearly need out and out goalscorers, and a decent backup Keeper - That's not anything to do with Logan's howler, I've never really rated him and people said they were worried when Ikeme was in goal, I was more confident with Ikeme in goal that I was with Logan in goal. As I said disappointed but in a way glad we're out, Just struggle to see win's coming, Gotta win Saturday, Gotta - Whether we will, we'll see.
tewkesbury-fox Posted 26 October 2010 Posted 26 October 2010 This squad needs majory surgery right now its sitting in the intensive care unit.

Not only for the defeat tonight, but most of the world's troubles, especially poverty, animal cruelty and the ever-constant threat of terrorism. , fryatt to blame for poverty, maybe the fatty fryup of a few years ago.
MikeyT Posted 26 October 2010 Posted 26 October 2010 Wellens, Moussa, Vitor and Dyer were the only ones by the sound of it that did anything decent. Back to the drawing board. Hopefully a good result on Saturday.
AmyLGK Posted 26 October 2010 Posted 26 October 2010 Why did the lads just give in when the second goal went in!!!!!!!!!!! What the hell was the point of that!?!? I've not been watching the utd wolves game - but I bet wolves are working their socks off - even when they go behind to Man utd! Leicester just seem to crumble! Just not good enough! Yeh its flipping hard but they had the quality to get a goal back!
STUHILL Posted 26 October 2010 Posted 26 October 2010 Abe didn't sound good! Damn shame. I was hoping he would be a gem but doesn't look great so far
Petchy Posted 26 October 2010 Posted 26 October 2010 Are people stupid on the phone in? We played our RESERVE team basically. And people are calling for Svens head against a on form West Brom side? fook sake. :L
m00nie Posted 26 October 2010 Posted 26 October 2010 Sven seemed to use the game to check a few players out. Moreno, Gallagher & Wellens were apparently ok. King obviously. How many of the others deserve to stay? where did moreno play then
Tilley Posted 26 October 2010 Posted 26 October 2010 I, personally, would put the blame entirely with Matt Fryatt. Not only for the defeat tonight, but most of the world's troubles, especially poverty, animal cruelty and the ever-constant threat of terrorism. Needs to be sold on the 1st January and loaned out until then, the guy is abysmal.
RowlattsFox Posted 26 October 2010 Posted 26 October 2010 Disappointing scoreline but the difference in class showed by sounds of it. West Brom are a decent side and shown that they have a good squad of players. We were missing players tonight so I'm not getting too disheartened. Preston a massive game for me. If we don't an imporvement then I'll be concerned.
z-layrex Posted 26 October 2010 Posted 26 October 2010 why is everyone so annoyed we never had a hope in hell. we have gone from a frenchman away from wembley to a struggling mediocre championship side in a few weeks.
CKB Posted 26 October 2010 Posted 26 October 2010 If anyone thought that side were gonna beat WBA with the overall depth they have, a good manager, etc were seriously smoking/injecting/anything else you can do with crack The evidence is there and it didn't need this result to show me what we badly need...QUALITY in many areas of the pitch, i'd list them all but i can't be assed so someone can do it for me
The Doctor Posted 26 October 2010 Author Posted 26 October 2010 shut up paul on RL, "why sack sousa and replace him with Eriksson, sven's given us nothing" - he's got half the points sousa did in a third of the games. And he's got sousas squad to work with.
Cropwellfox Posted 26 October 2010 Posted 26 October 2010 The longer this season goes on the more obvious it is how miraculous Pearson, Shakespeare and Walsh's man management, coaching and how they set the team up was last year. Basically the same group of players now look like they can't do anything - defend, take set pieces, shoot, run at teams... What the fook is going on with them? Shocking. Logan involved in another heavy defeat is no surprise. How Lamey was given a 2 year contract god above knows. Gallagher - showboater with end product twice per season. I could go on but I frankly can't be arsed. No pace, no guile, no decisiveness in either 18 yard box.
