Jobi McAnuff is under-rated in my opinion and is a winger who canlook dangrous - and no he is 100x better than Kebe for any Kebe fans!

Might not be impossible to get Sidwell on loan as he doesn't seem to play?

Does Alan Smith usually play for Newcastle? I noticed he was playing last night against Arsenal but then it was virtually a reserve team! He'd be awesome at this level if we could persuade him to join Sven's revolution - especially up front in his 'proper' position. He had just gotten to the point of actually learning touch and tecnique up front when Newcastle put him back in the middle.

Is Mark Davies getting a look in at Bolton under Owen Coyle (presuming he's stil lthere). If not he'd be a good shout to bring back to the Walkers - on loan til Xmas see if he still looks decent above League 1.

In fact, is there any reason why we couldn't bid for David James? I know he's only been in Bristol a few weeks but I'm sure he'd love to work with Sven again and let's be honest, he's a top drawer premiership performer really and shouldn't be down in the championship having well and truly gotten over his calamity james days with his performances voer the last few years. He was England's number 1 for most of the World Cup for crying out loud!

No one!

There is more than enough talent in the squad now to push on in to the top half and if we get their we can make incremental changes in January. It's time to settle down, roll our sleeves up and get on with it.

To be honest Davies is shit, too sloopy for me. He can get tackles but just to many mispasses. He made horrible mistake for Villa not just signing for them but during a Europa League match back in August where gave away a corner when there was no need & from that corner Vienna scored!.

Whoever Sven goes in for I don't think patience is at the top of his list in terms of the turnaround involved in getting these players in.

Whether or not the team lineup post earlier on in this forum is serious or not, I don't think Sven will take much time in changing come January.

He won't put up with mediocre.

So one mistake in a Europa League match means he's shit?

The mere fact he is playing in Europe's 2nd most prestigious club competition devalues your whole point.

Top shout! What about beckford ? All he does at everton is keep the bench warm, Or make a cheeky bid for Scott Loach or Julian speroni or if you want to be ambitious Jussi Jaskalinen. What about Kovac from west ham, aint seen him playing for west ham recently or what about Marvin Elliot from bristol city?
