He wouldn't be my choice but I rate him higher that Howard. Look at his record, and the clubs he's been at. I suppose Michael Owen would be a poor mans Fryatt then?

Wouldn`t bother personally, a big name yes, but always injured these days, and i don`t see the point in paying big wages to someone, who more than likely, will spend much of the time on the treatment table.

Could solve the owners 'big name' urge and give us someone half decent up front . Two birds and all that. Sign him up Sven I say.

Just depends wether he wants to drop down a league and wether he would want to come here based on our current league position. That will be a problem for any player we look at...our current position.
