Corky Posted 23 January 2011 Posted 23 January 2011 Three goals in your first two home matches is one hell of a start to his career in England. Let's hope his keeps this goalscoring form going!

VampLCFC Posted 3 February 2011 Posted 3 February 2011 Just seen big Solly Bamba in town, walking past RS, the guy is a legend, leather jacket and shades, coolness personified, if I wasn't running late for work I'd have stopped for a word!
Milans Foxes Posted 3 February 2011 Posted 3 February 2011 My "Bamba 34" Ivory Coast home shirt has just arrived!! Looks absolutely beautiful, can't wait to wear it at the next game!!
blueredswed Posted 3 February 2011 Posted 3 February 2011 It´s BAMBA time He´s gonna bee the player of this season if he´s goés on like now! IT´S BAMBA time
Matt Posted 19 February 2011 Posted 19 February 2011 @ Bamba falling over the ball last night. Thankfully we can laugh though and he was in space with no opposition players around him.
Legend_in_blue Posted 19 February 2011 Posted 19 February 2011 Considering how much he cost, an absolutely amazing steal. The guy is quality. Love it when he brushes forwards past players with the ball. Unstoppable.
drc Posted 19 February 2011 Posted 19 February 2011 he's one of our best players and we actually own him (not loaning him) - he also seem to be a dressroom booster - love the bamba
Kent Posted 19 February 2011 Posted 19 February 2011 I can see him making some kind of bad error and giving away a goal by being too composed on the ball, but that comes with the territory as a defender with his style on the ball I suppose. I just hope people don't turn on him if/when it happens but I don't think it would because he's a good character and generally a very good defender.

In the defence it just looks more bad. I think it's not that fair to call Bamba a bombscare, he has a unique style and his courageous that courageouness is great but will probably now and then go wrong and maybe out opponents will score. But you donät want players that just pass the ball to the side every time.

Hibs fans said he has his moments and you can see by how calm and collected he is on the ball that it might backfire once or twice. 98% of the time its great and helps how we play but I just hope people can appreciate that if/when a bad mistake happens.
ScouseFox Posted 19 February 2011 Posted 19 February 2011 One interception last night in the first half when he came from nowhere to save a certain goal was fvcking superhuman. He's a beast.
