ajthefox Posted 19 February 2011 Posted 19 February 2011 Never heard that one before. Just looked it up. Cheerful If you ever meet a bunch of students you're almost guaranteed to hear it.
lavrentis Posted 19 February 2011 Posted 19 February 2011 Know some people from Newark and they have their own language there, mush, panny, 'buer', chinger. Annoys me when they say their words because I end up saying it to people that don't have a clue.
davieG Posted 19 February 2011 Posted 19 February 2011 I'm not sure why some are being abusive to the previous poster
Corky Posted 19 February 2011 Posted 19 February 2011 Like, as in "I was like well annoyed with him".
Jackirius Posted 19 February 2011 Posted 19 February 2011 WHAT!? Means Drunk, loads of people a couple of years below me all use it on their FB statuses. 'Getting crunk with ma gals tonight.'
Haydos Posted 19 February 2011 Posted 19 February 2011 'Amazing'. My housemate uses it to describe literally everything that he likes.
Frost Posted 19 February 2011 Posted 19 February 2011 Lush Faggot 'Omg' Chunder However, the worst has to be 'pukka'. Cannot stand it!
filbertway Posted 19 February 2011 Posted 19 February 2011 I definately use all the above words and phrases, apart from maybe lush, but that can be worked on. Annoying much?
Haydos Posted 19 February 2011 Posted 19 February 2011 I definately use all the above words and phrases, apart from maybe lush, but that can be worked on. Annoying much? You definitely don't know how to spell definitely

Jackirius Posted 19 February 2011 Posted 19 February 2011 I hate people who can't actually answer the question posed in the thread title. Well you haven't either...
Unknown Fox Posted 19 February 2011 Posted 19 February 2011 'FML' is possibly the most disgusting acronym ever. It's used so much on Facebook, and BBM, just really annoys me. What is that really annoys me about is that people use it at the slightest mishap. "I've snapped a pencil. FML" Stupid. Lush. Anyone who describes a girl or boy as this is just weird. Saying that I find that when said in a scouse accent it is almost acceptable

Kenners Posted 19 February 2011 Posted 19 February 2011 'Bare' when used to describe large amounts. 'There was bare jokes last night'. Urgh
Salieri Posted 19 February 2011 Posted 19 February 2011 disabled. That and 'retard'. Those sort of words are bandied about on here on a regular basis unfortunately.

Haydos Posted 20 February 2011 Posted 20 February 2011 I hate people which correct others on their spelling and grammar, annoying. Grammar's not really an issue for me, it's only a forum after all. Spelling simple words wrong repeatedly and not knowing the difference between your and you're just bug me. Fair enough if you're dyslexic or something but it just bugs me when people (often adults) don't care if they can write simple sentences or not without cocking up. Just a pet peeve. People give it the old 'I don't care what my spelling's like on a forum' but they usually just don't know how to spell the word properly in the first place. Sounds fairly condescending I realise but I just happen to think it's important. May not be for others but it just bugs me. Anyway, off topic. I don't like racist terms (all the usual suspects). Don't take much offence to things like 'lad', 'fml' etc. Make up words and use some of them with my mates anyway but I tend not to use these 'annoying' words with people I don't know because you come across as a bit of a pleb.
Guest DavidJCW Posted 20 February 2011 Posted 20 February 2011 Brap. Bloody stupid word that means nothing... perhaps what's more annoying is people who oughtn't be saying it, saying it!
