Right i've been debating posting this for about an hour but feck it, for the past 5-6 years me and the guys at my work have been getting Fifa and pro evo a day or two early every year, how... it's a bit cheeky and i'm sorry if it's got anyone in trouble but, it's too easy not to do it. We call a Gamestation / Cex / or Game / Blockbuster etc the day before official launch date saying we're from head office and that a competitor has put it on thier shelves early and we're to do the same. five mins later walk in have a look if it's out snap that bad boy up. Usually the new releases will be in the shop a few days before the actual release date. Didn't think it would work first time but it did and has done in subsequent years only problem is we're running out of shops now. Didn't work with the supremarkets but in specific gaming shops no problems.

So, tesco is obviously cheaper but I have about 5 - 7 games I want to take back so grainger games' price will be better for me. Depends really for you if your taking any games back to try and lower the price of fifa 12. Haven't looked on asda because we only have an 'express' asda in town, not a big one

Don't know if it's going to be the same this year though According to Asda Direct, fifa 12 is £34.97 on both Xbox and Playstation. That is a good and cheaper price than other shops, but it depends on whether you are planning to trade in some games. If so, like me, I'd look at gamestation and grainger games etc

I didn't know that. I was never due to purchase my fifa from tesco anyway, but thats good information for anyone that is. And yes, the special edition includes the free ultimate teams packs, but if you don't play ultimate team I suppose it doesn't matter.

Ashley Posted 28 September 2011 Posted 28 September 2011 Just read on a forum that the players stamina bar at the bottom if the stamina bar at the bottom is almost empty and you keep sprinting the player will pull up with hamstring injuries etc. WOW. Player impact engine <3 this will make games online so much more realistic, no more constant sprinting with Messi, Ronaldo HA to all you fan boys online.

After Fifa 10 when in career mode you couldn't pick the weather yourself and it resulted in more or less sunny games all the time was fixed in Fifa 11 with allowing you to change the weather yourself, guess what? it's back in Fifa 12! According to many people 99% of games are played in the sun in career mode, games with an 8pm night time kick off are played in the sun! and you can't change it What are EA playing at really? some people won't be bothered about this but it's once again an epic fail from EA, you put the option in 11 and then take it out in 12? WTF?? They bang on about getting more realism into career mode and then they go do this!! Also... There's already an exploit being used by people online when you manually take control of your goalie and he becomes more or less impossible to beat.. Many people over at the Fifa forums are fuming about it, another cock up it seems from EA! Will patches be made available who knows! they haven't even bothered to comment on these issues and whether the weather one can even be fixed via a patch is also up for discussion over on them forums
