syston_fox Posted 11 October 2011 Posted 11 October 2011 If you quit against me after 5 minutes then you're missing out! I have a tendancy to start like a train and score early on and then proceed to not manage a shot on target for the rest of the game and lose by four or five.

It's just another element that indicates EA wrote some rather laughable basic routines. EDIT: And who's this "Leicester Foxes" user?
stix Posted 11 October 2011 Posted 11 October 2011 This game is starting to do my nut in. started off fine, back to back promotions to div. 8 but now to say ive hit a wall is the understatement of the year. Ive only played online with Leicester but ive just gone completely shit! E.g - played W Ham earlier, stats read.... Shots on goal: City 13 WH 8 Shots on target: City 10 WH 6 Possession: City 54% WH 46% ......i lost 6-1!

By posting opposing AI, he's clearly stating that it's the AI and not some random guy(s) he played against online.

It's annoying as to get past the defenders you cant just rip them like a person as they seem to no where your goign to go most of the time

I can understand it tried to get you to play as defence more often, but when you only have 3-4 people playing as a Virtual Pro, the defenders having the turning circle of the Titanic made the game very frustrating

That always used to happen to me on '11 but it was for literally 2 seconds, he would be in the kit of my arena play but with 'Kaka 8' on the back and then it would change to whoever I should have.

It's annoying when your dominating with 60% possession but then cant get through a 5 man defence and the computer hoofs it up to the strikers with perfect accuracy.

I'll have to try this - it's ultra-frustrating. I never get there. Well, almost: I scored two hard-earned goals to make it 2-2. Last minute is played, Denmark's attackers just cruise through my defense. 3-2 Denmark. Absolutely gutted. This part is highly unfair, and not made easier with Portuguese defenders almost out of stamina. I loathe this Challenge. Might sound really stupid 'cause I take it I'm missing something really obvious, but how do you find these challenges? It's in the EA Football Centre screen (push SELECT via main menu to get there), then switch the pages and it'll pop up.

Won 3-0 thanks to away Mills being a clumsy badger, scored a deflected goal off of his arm when it was originally going wide. If anything I deserved to lose, but I'm not one to complain about some good fortune. His PSN was something like Mallett-93 anyone know him?

Complete contrast to me, played the same guy twice, who was playing as Celtic. First game he won 3-2 getting his third goal in the last second of the game. Straight after we got paired up again, I won this one 3-2 getting my third goal in the last second of the game. You couldn't write it. Get a message from him saying great game and well played.
