I'm new to this so forgive me if i do anything wrong! I think routledge, a left winger and the yak would complete our squad.

Pretty much certain that Yak is a complete non starter now.

Routledge can play left wing so I think it's Routledge and A. N Other striker.

Welcome as well. :welcome:

Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins has confirmed that Wayne Routledge is among manager Brendan Rodgers' remaining targets.

Sky Sports News reported on Monday that the Swans were closing in on a £1.5million move for the Newcastle winger.

And although the Premier League newcomers are still considering moves for several players, Jenkins admitted Routledge is one of their targets.

"Wayne Routledge is one of a number of options we are pursuing," he said.

"Like always at this time of the year, we have got to go around looking at the options and seeing what deals can and can't be done.

Decisions due

"It's just a matter of weighing all those things up, really, and seeing what deals can and can't be agreed and our manager will make the decisions as we go forward."

Routledge spent the end of last season on loan at former club QPR but could not agree a permanent move back to Loftus Road.

The 26-year-old has since been attracting interest from a series of potential buyers, including Nottingham Forest, Cardiff and Leicester.

Swansea have so far added goalkeeper Jose Moreira, striker Danny Graham and on-loan full-back Steven Caulker to the squad that won promotion, and Jenkins is confident there will be further arrivals.

"We are definitely looking to bring in a few more," he said. "Whether that's going to be three, four players, we will have to see.

"If our targets become available and we can get them out of the clubs they are at, obviously we are going to try to do that to make sure we are as competitive when the season starts."

Starting to not like the feel of this

Couple of days passed since he was 'supposed' to be signing (although that in itself seemed to be rather quick.
