He's "good", he's not elite and never will be. Wilder just isn't either, he punches like an absolute truck and if you've got no idea how to get out of the way he'll do considerable damage. But he's a carnival freak show gimmick not an actual boxer.

Fury and Uysk are the only elite at the moment really. 
 

The rest are just “good”.

 

The rest could box each other every few months and trade wins.
