Aside from your abundantly clear support for the EDL?

not at all mate, dont support the EDL and have never been to march. walking around someones town singing 'allah is a pedo' doesnt do it for me on a political level

Let's be fair, there's a very clear distinction.

They are in absolutely no way two cheeks of the same arse.

and just a side note as well. By claiming the EDL were here, there and everywhere, like they have they have managed a very clever trick with everybody talking about them, good or bad, when in reality their impact/involvment has been minimal. everyone seems to have played right into their hands without even knowing it

How has the knowledge that they were being a bunch of right-wing c0cks, misdirecting police attention, in any way benefited them?

Has anyone changed their opinion that the EDL are a bunch of self-serving, intellectually-challenged thugs with a racist bent?

This is odd - because I think you'll find that lcfc80 stands between the two of them.

so are you stereotyping that all football lads are edl members and visa versa or have you just opened your mouth without knowing anything about it. you seem to make out you have a great knowledge of this in Eltham yet had no idea these lads (Millwall lads from Eltham not EDL) stopped Eltham high street getting trashed Monday night, or is that a bad thing?

Millwall supporters you say - they're know for their saintly support of their club aren't they?

If I felt that these guys made a peaceful stand against these thugs, or even contributed to the police efforts by making citizen arrests then maybe I would consider applaud these guys, but I can't help think they were doing it with the main intention of having a fight under the benefit of having some deluded 'legitimate claim'.

By the sounds of it, the main achievement were to chase these guys out of one area, into another? How does that help the overall cause. True I don't know the guys or all the facts but you guys don't really give glowing reasons why we should all be grateful and let each member of this elite group of 'football lads' free access to my first daughters fanny?

I would also add that knowing lots of 'football lads' I wouldn't trust that type of group at all - I'd be more reassured if they were 'rugby or cricket lads'.

Yeah Millwall fans who after we loaned them Dany N'Guessan refered to him as "another spook" on their forum. The intellectual elite of the 'football lads'.
