Obviously we don't know what happened pre-filming, but if nothing did, why did the copper go 'cos you're looking for a fight aren't ya?' Based on the filming, all he was doing was just that - filming. Copper comes over and tries standing in his way. If he doesn't like being filmed, just tell the guy, don't act all twatty about it.

When we see cameras following traffic police doing their job I cannot remember the police acting inaproprietly. The ones being shown being stopped usually deserve being stopped But there is only so much that can be put into a 30-60 min program and it would be even more boring if the people being stopped were not drunk, not uninsured or not unlicensed or do not have a bootful of drugs.
