Steve Kean has got a pay rise.

One of those stories that no matter how many times you think about it, just doesn't make any sense. If I was a Blackburn fan I'd be livid.

He's a yes man, the owners love him. It's clear whose running matters both on and off the pitch at that club. Looking forward to waving them and Wigan Athletic goodbye this season.

Though talking about Wigan Athletic, with their unlikely 2-1 win away at Sunderland, does anybody else think that this will spell the end of Steve Bruce's reign?

What doesn't help Bruce is that Newcastle are doing so well, 15 points better off than Sunderland, having spent comparitively little.

Blackburn look doomed, Bolton are shocking at home and Wolves predictably struggling.

Spurs could go second if they win their game in hand. United held at home.

Spurs have actually won more points per game this season than Manchester United have!

Suarez is ridiculous. I've watched the likes of Pires, Drogba, van Nistelrooy and Ronaldo over here and none of them come close to the frequency and ludicrousy of his diving.

On for about 15 minutes, touched the ball about twice, fell over, got booked, got sent off. Eventful afternoon.

Absolutely.

Even if he played for Leicester I'd get fed up of his antics.

I get fed up of the fact he feels the need to claim for EVERY tackle made against him. Pisses me right off that he gets the free-kicks sometimes too. For the amount of times he rolls around the pitch 'in agony' it amazes me how he stays on for so long.

What a massive cunt and disgrace to football.
