Finnegan Posted 11 December 2011 Posted 11 December 2011 missed Unc' having a spaz over Liverpool the other day. Fantastic work UA.
leicesterisme Posted 11 December 2011 Posted 11 December 2011 2-1 Sunderland. Larsson free kick, he's absolutely superb at them to be fair!
Yojoe36 Posted 11 December 2011 Posted 11 December 2011 Get in Sunderland!! That guy he brought on from the reserve team looked quite good. O'Neill will do well for 'em, me thinks
StanSP Posted 11 December 2011 Posted 11 December 2011 Hope Jason Lowe is alright. Had to be stretchered off in a neck-brace and was on the floor for about 8 minutes
Fox92 Posted 11 December 2011 Posted 11 December 2011 Two quality Sunderland goals today. Fantastic. Hope Martin does well with them. Tottenham will be tough next week though.
Libertine Posted 11 December 2011 Posted 11 December 2011 1-0 Stoke. Were fans singing Bale looks like a chimp?
marko Posted 11 December 2011 Posted 11 December 2011 Stoke have started like a house on fire. Could be a long afternoon for Spurs.
ScouseFox Posted 11 December 2011 Posted 11 December 2011 Michael Owen made a good point on Twitter regarding referees having a word before a corner/set piece. Why? It wastes a lot of time and is ultimately pointless. Both players know the rules, if they choose to break them, penalise them, don't warn them before and waste time. Referees don't blow up before a 50/50 and say "watch out now lads, if one of you goes in over the top you'll be giving away a free kick". Annoys me, that.
Guest ttfn Posted 11 December 2011 Posted 11 December 2011 Stoke play an obscene "brand" of football. If referees were brave enough to enforce the rules properly Stoke would have been relegated 2 years ago. And as I type this they've gone 2-0 up. Sigh.
marko Posted 11 December 2011 Posted 11 December 2011 Not sure about that penalty decision. I thought he pulled his leg away from the challenge.
leicesterisme Posted 11 December 2011 Posted 11 December 2011 Probably true, but against these cvnts I couldn't give a fvck! Come on Spurs!
marko Posted 11 December 2011 Posted 11 December 2011 Probably true, but against these cvnts I couldn't give a fvck! Come on Spurs! Me neither. I was just trying to be objective
lcfcadam Posted 11 December 2011 Posted 11 December 2011 Well Stoke just got away with a blatant handball on the line followed by a goal wrongly disallowed for offside so any doubts about the penalty are definitely irrelevant now! To be fair they both would've been really difficult decisions for the officials to get right...
Matt Posted 11 December 2011 Posted 11 December 2011 C'mon Spurs. Put a fiver on Spurs to draw when Spurs were looking strong but they've since had a man sent off. Sure this ref is a Stoke fan, giving nothing to Spurs - All been wrong decisions. Edit - Ok, just remembered Spurs goal came from a peno, but still, they've had corners took off them, 'fouls' not given, 'fouls' given against them, a man sent off which was harsh (Albeit already on a yellow), another peno decision not given, a on-side goal ruled offside.
Magictv Posted 11 December 2011 Posted 11 December 2011 I hate the way no one enforces the rules at corners almost as much as anything else about the game. It's just a complete joke.

Chris Foy and the rest of the Premier League refs can fvck off. Another season of 14 year old chavs wildly celebrating the signing of Wilson Palacios on transfer deadline day, Jonathan Walters charging around like Vinnie Jones on heat, Shawcross and Huth having their weekly meathead competition, 50 year old meatheads singing "Swing Low" in the stands, Tony Pulis snarling in his ridiculous baseball cap, and worst of all - worst of fvcking all - pundits desperately trying to claim that Stoke have added a level of sophistication to their game, when in reality any time they get a decent player he gets left on the bench so they can just smash it up to the big lad up front. Cheers Premier League refs - you utter, utter dicks.
Corky Posted 11 December 2011 Posted 11 December 2011 Stoke are thrilling. The time they waste over throw-ins is one of the pleasures of English football.

Cheers Premier League refs - you utter, utter dicks. So true! I'm not the only one that cringes on deadline day then when they go to Stoke and they say... 'we can reveal Stoke City are on the verge of signing Eidur Gudjohnsen' then 20 inbred pre-pubescent chavs start celebrating like they've just won the ****ing lottery. Shit place, shit club, shit football.
Fox92 Posted 11 December 2011 Posted 11 December 2011 I hate Stoke. I hate their players. I hate their fans. I hate Tony Pulis and why he wears that stupid hat when it isn't even sunny I don't know. I hate his style of kick and run football. I hate them being in the top flight.
