eternal fox Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 my first rant, svens 4-4-2 at home was negative. playing pantsil never played before' and schlupp in a two man attack when only played in one lc apperance and never in that position proberly affected leicesters play .the hype in the leicester mercury since, could have clouded svens judgement. a 4-3-3 at home for a team that is favorite to win the league is a more positive approach, to play 4-4-2 we need two quality experiance forwards we have not got .waghorn who can put a good cross in or dyer who i'm not sure what he has done wrong would be more attacking in which you could have played schlupp on the left side today. surely abe would have been a safer bet at right back as pantsil had not played a game, to experiment or take a chance with. king could have played behind the front two which would have been more positive. with the pre-season behind them dyer, waghorn, gallagher and king could have expected better. as we are all leicester supporters yes we need two quality stikers to make our dream come true. :scarf: :chant:

I say again..... How about making the existing signings work? How much money do we all feel we need to throw at this squad to get success? We were roundly beaten today by a reading side that have lost their two main players over the summer! Mills and long and yet they still made us look shit
maccfox Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 So if not Pantsil then who at right back ??? our only other RB is injured
Simmo86 Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 Erm......have I missed something. I swear we played 4-3-3 and switched to a diamond for a bit
HEGGSY Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 2 fooking games... 44 games 132 points put the loss behind us and move forward every poromotion favourite will lose games just give it time
Hollism94 Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 Didn't listen or go to this match so I can't say too much, but I think Yuki only got back from Japan 2 days ago. It would have been harsh on Jeffrey Schlupp to drop him after scoring a hat trick on his debut though. We could have done with having the Bristol game first to see if he can handle the pressure of a championship match along with 30 odd thousand fans. Playing Schlupp and Nugent was a bad decision though. They definitely needed someone else. Hopefully we'll know who that someone ought to be before too long. I'd bet the score would still be 2-0 Reading if they had Maynard, CMS, Long, etc up with them though. Also, a bad decision not to start Gally.
fox ache Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 Why throw Shlupp straight into a big match just because he had a good game against Rotherham........Great performance on that day, but no where near ready for 1st team, and dropping dyer completely ???????
fox ache Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 I think we`re bringing in TOO MANY signings, there has got to be a lot of p###ed off players in the camp at the minute.......I for 1 am glad Keane has gone to L.A, we dont need another player who thinks hes bigger than Leicester, Sven is trying to build a winning team too quick
Trav Le Bleu Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 Erm......have I missed something. I swear we played 4-3-3 and switched to a diamond for a bit That's certainly what I saw.
Number 6 Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 What message would it have sent to Schlupp if he had bagged 3 for a side looking for a goalscorer and then subsequently been left out? Feel we had to start with him today. And we started 4-3-3. These 'rants' are moronic.
fox ache Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 You could pick faults in Spains play at the last World Cup, they still effing won it! Stop breeding negativity you plank Mate, they were shite today.....No excuses, and to be honest, they wern`t exactly brilliant against Cov. King,Gallagher and Dyer should have played, they are not exactly surplus to requirements because we now have money
Callabinho Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 Paintsil had a good game I thought! Infact I can take a lot of posetives from his performance.
easilee Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 Sven is still sussing his players out under match conditions, ffs pleeease stop now.
1994fox Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 So much negativity after the FIRST home game of the season! GET BEHIND THE LADS!!! Paintsil had a good game I thought! Infact I can take a lot of posetives from his performance. Agree. He looked very good in my opinion.
somebum Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 You could pick faults in Spains play at the last World Cup, they still effing won it! Stop breeding negativity you plank Yeah, how dare you speak against our great and glorious leader! All dissent will be silenced! Everybody, pay no attention to that man behind the curtain
easilee Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 Yeah, how dare you speak against our great and glorious leader! All dissent will be silenced! Everybody, pay no attention to that man behind the curtain Here we ****ing go.

Salieri Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 Yeah, how dare you speak against our great and glorious leader! All dissent will be silenced! Everybody, pay no attention to that man behind the curtain So 'somebum', what's the answer to all our problems? You seem, as always, very vocal in your criticism, so what would you do to sort things out?
Bezzanator89 Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 We need at least 8 new signings. You're funny.
eternal fox Posted 14 August 2011 Author Posted 14 August 2011 You could pick faults in Spains play at the last World Cup, they still effing won it! Stop breeding negativity you plank i dont know what spain has got to do with it ,but i'm sure they would not have played new players against experianced opposition in world cup games. surely breeding negativiity is not having any confidance in playing players who have played through pre-season games for you at the first sign of injuries or suspensions.
Basil Brush Posted 14 August 2011 Posted 14 August 2011 I think we`re bringing in TOO MANY signings, there has got to be a lot of p###ed off players in the camp at the minute.......I for 1 am glad Keane has gone to L.A, we dont need another player who thinks hes bigger than Leicester, Sven is trying to build a winning team too quick yeah Sven, stop trying to build team to quick, we need to take outr time with this,

Mills and long and yet they still made us look shit if when vassell is suspended and we pick an inexperianced 18 year old in only our first home game of the season when are we going to play waghorn, gallagher, dyer, howard ? however i do agree it is becoming rediculous! but i think sven agrees with me two quality strikers, as strikers win you games! :sge:
