Can't we get the ground staff to keep putting dead mice, rats pigeons etc in the rafters above the away fans, would be great if it kept sitting up there and shitting on the away supporters heads. "shit on your head, you've got shit on your head!"

Excellent idea. Forget the managerial situation for now. Let's get this idea in to place!

Eh?

I thought the peregrine's famous speed is attributed to the fact they swoop from incredibly high and snatch their prey in mid air? If you didn't know that it doesn't 'worry' me - just makes me think you're a bit of a twat for posting your comment.

A pair have been nesting over the back of where I live about a mile away for quite a few years now. My brother who works nearby, was watching the nest from a tower at his site when a Common Buzzard flew close. The female (who was on the nest) went mad and called to the male, the male flew down and hit the Buzzard chonk.... buzzard dead....

Its great to see these birds making a comeback and to see them up close is something to behold....

I’d join if the name is changed to Peregine Falcon Junta . I’ve always wanted to join the PFJ .

Solidarity brothers

Aren't buzzards massive? That's quite impressive. I'm pretty sure they kill the birds by coming from nowhere, scaring the crap out of them and giving them a heart attack. Guess it doesn't really matter how big you are...

They fly up high and then dive, at the last second they put their talons forward and hit their prey... Their were quite a few people who saw it kill the Buzzard btw, it was swarming with twitchers and a few of his work mates told me the same thing.

The amount of Buzzards around nowdays is unreal. Love seeing them getting mobbed by crows when i take the dog for a walk over the fields.

When i was a kid we used take young crows, jackdaws and magpies from nests and rear them. Bro raised a Tawney owl once. He used to shoot birds out of his bedroom window, cut them up and feed them to it. It used to sit on his wardrobe as a young un until he built an aviary.

He released it when it was old enough...

We have huge Red Kites around us here in the Chilterns. They come down low, and are massive. Saw one flying with a rabbit in it's claws a while ago. Reckon we could do with one at the Walkers. Might make off with the referee.

Got a few around my area also, magnificent birds.

Think we should be generous and give the away fans the bird . . . . . . . .

This!

Surely there is a chant in this some where?.... whenever the falcon swoops, a song, followed by everyone in the Kop flipping the aways or opponents the bird

My missus was more interested in the bird for ten minutes than the game, Kasper nearly twatted it with the ball once, and he was offside a couple of times but otherwise a great show!
