Daggers Posted 3 October 2011 Posted 3 October 2011 If you dont like the banter dont go simple anyone with a brain cell knows what gets sung at football get a life oh and daggers i go in l1 meet me there and call me that !!!!! Yet another little L1 fuknut keyboard warrior issuing half-baked threats because he is overwhelmed at being called a cvnt for acting like a cvnt and singing about a man's dead father? Grow the fvck up, spastichead, and join civilisation. Little turds like you float about in life and only ever feel at home when you are surrounded by the rest of humanity's sewage - as you all stand together abusing a man because of who his father was or where he was born. It's not football, it's pathetic little cvnts like you who only feel brave when you're hiding behind a monitor or within a group of similarly IQ-challenged individuals, all dolled up in sports casual and designer stupid. "Meet me there and call me that !!!!!" ? Fvck you very much, but no I don't need to. I spent my time at school studying so that I could develop a command of my mother tongue. During that period I also developed a healthy respect for those who deserve it, which isn't wankers like you - not least for your inability to construct a written, cogent sentence you knuckle-dragging fuktard. You and the rest of your single-cell brained chums, if you watched the football for a minute instead of standing staring (across that nice safe line of police & stewards) at the away fans with your arms akimbo, would notice that the vast majority of people there didn't sing along with you. You are a tiny, tiny despised minority who currently rank just above terrorists, baby rapers and travellers in the public collective psyche. No one gives a fvck for your anachronistic opinions about it being bantoh because all that word symbolises is the exit of intelligence and humour. You want to challenge me on this, and by Christ a written come-back would be hysterical so don't bother, then meet me in the cream tea shop of my choosing. And bring a fvcking book.

Ha Ha, like it, brilliant response! It seems at times that if you don't buy into this hate evryone else tribalism, you can be at risk of being seen as not being a loyal supporter. For example, its quite possible to admire the skills of Messi without being a Barcelona supporter or, even is you dislike MU and Fergie, you can appreciate what a good manager Fergie has been. Likewise, me thinking that old Cloughie was a good footballer and manager, doesn't equal me being a Derby or Trees supporter or less of a Leicester supporter. I like to hear the banter between fans and I have to say that particularly our own on occasions come up with some real stunners that make me laugh out loud. I just think that certain songs i.e. Clough, Munich 58, Galtasary and similar are now boring and inapproriate.
jimmer Posted 3 October 2011 Posted 3 October 2011 I blame the parents.....Camerons "BIG SOCIETY" will sort it out for sure.......

Daggers Posted 3 October 2011 Posted 3 October 2011 Are you for real?? Singing about a dead man, Is just above baby rapers!!! Why o why so many on here bum **** you I do not no!!! Because even my arsehole smells better, looks better and is more intelligent than you? I don't know for certain but I'm prepared to wager a couple of quid on it. So, you reckon baby rapers should come above 'dead man' singers? Contentious opinion there, jigs, not sure you'll carry the bantoh massif with you.
Mack Posted 3 October 2011 Posted 3 October 2011 Most of the retards singing filth like that are not even old enough to remember what a special football man Clough was. OK Clough was Manager of Derby and Forest, but he is one of the true icons in British football history. I've got a lot of time for his son also. I saw Burton a good few time as a neutral under him and his ability to get what looks on paper to be a lightweight squad punch above it's weight is something to respect. He's doing the same at Derby also in my opinion, something the wally with the brolly can only dream of.

Nice post, and true. Some songs now are just not needed at football matches anymore, and I to question whether someone is a football fan if they are prepared to sing a song about one of football's greatest. Songs like these are just bringing the football club down as well.
Salieri Posted 3 October 2011 Posted 3 October 2011 I wish Daggers would just come out and say what he thinks, bloody fence sitter.
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 3 October 2011 Posted 3 October 2011 I don't like to admit it, but Daggers is spot on with this one.
Guest Bilo Posted 3 October 2011 Posted 3 October 2011 Daggers, have you ever considered a career in the Diplomatic Service? A fantastic piece of writing that has had me in stitches.
Guest MattP Posted 3 October 2011 Posted 3 October 2011 6 pages on this? Why do people give the 20-30 that sing stuff as repulsive as this the attention?
Houdini Logic Posted 3 October 2011 Posted 3 October 2011 6 pages on this? Why do people give the 20-30 that sing stuff as repulsive as this the attention? Because it's a sensitive and important subject, regardless of how many people are involved in the smaller picture
lcfc_sam_p Posted 3 October 2011 Posted 3 October 2011 Any more people want to bum daggers? About as bad as the bert bashing.
Bugg Posted 3 October 2011 Posted 3 October 2011 Any more people want to bum daggers? About as bad as the bert bashing. No one is "bumming" Daggers, but when someone makes a put-down as sensational as that it has to be appreciated.
Guest MattP Posted 3 October 2011 Posted 3 October 2011 Any more people want to bum daggers? About as bad as the bert bashing. Can't say I've bashed over Bert recently but I'll take the Daggers bumming if he is up for it.
Daggers Posted 3 October 2011 Posted 3 October 2011 Any more people want to bum daggers? About as bad as the bert bashing. Sweetpea, to be honest, 'lestajigs' just isn't your colour; it makes you appear withdrawn, needy and desperate. x
FuriousFox46 Posted 3 October 2011 Posted 3 October 2011 It was in bad taste. As were the racist chants from Derby. However, two wrongs don't make a right. Tut tut Leicester. Tut tut Derby. /thread.
Earlydoorsjones Posted 3 October 2011 Posted 3 October 2011 Superb result but annoys me when some of our thick fans behave like that "Cloughie where's your dad, Clougie, Cloughie where's your dad?" and "he's fat he's round he's six feet underground Brian Clough, Brian Clough". There's banter, but this goes too far. I know some of our fans are stupid and disrespectful and are going to sing it, but imagine if you have lost your dad, and the opposing fans are chanting songs about your dad being dead. Most other supporters detest the Munich songs Leeds fans sing and with complete justification. Depravity is immediately recognisable in the dross from other teams and even our 'lower wedge' will jump on the Leeds scum band wagon whenever we play them. Why can't we be a bit more self reflective lads - and when I say "we" I mean any cvnt reading this who made the passing of Brian Clough a swipe at Nigel on Saturday. For fvcks sake, where is the quality control? This sickened type of supporter reaction relegates all present to a defence of decency - otherwise, it seems, that the Derby fans could have some justification for criticising our fan base. There is a line...we all know it... songs about Cloughie dying are beyond it. Nigel is not his father, and conducts himself with respect with regards to any opposition. Were it not for his father, or two of his associated clubs, Nigel would be considered in a very different light by all City fans. In other words, were we to judge him on his own merits and deportment - he would be nothing to deride or lob insults at: he has my respect in every way for that. There are other ways to get a reaction, "4 - nill on your big day out" gets it every time! Really not feeling so proud to be a Leicester fan, and should be after the display on the pitch.
Corky Posted 3 October 2011 Posted 3 October 2011 It doesn't matter what the Derby or Forest fans sing, they choose to do that, we don't need to sink to that level.

In terms of prose that was quite good but now that you've batterred him on your favoured battleground it would only be gentlemanly to now duel with him on his terms - I think it was fisticuffs in L1 I'll hold your specs.
