MPH Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 It wouldn't stand up in court because it tells you nothing at all about whether they were in any way involved. Witnesses are often called on to testify on someone's behavior leading up to and after an alleged murder...
Jon the Hat Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Witnesses are often called on to testify on someone's behavior leading up to and after an alleged murder... Sorry I didnt realise Vlad new her personally.
MPH Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Sorry I didnt realise Vlad new her personally. Are you trying to be a tit?
MPH Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Not only an alleged murderer, but someone who actually did jail time in relation to this case for framing an innocent man. Still doesn't stop her being given a heroes' welcome though mmm... I do see what you are saying but being an Englishman living in the states who Is an avid reader of the BBC website, i'm seeing clear media bias on both sides. One is defending their English lady and conveniently leaving parts of the case out and the other defending their American lady and conveniently leaving out parts that are popping up on the British news side of things. Having read about both sides media bias i'm still pretty sure she was involved somehow and is definitely hiding something but some of the comments in here are laughable about how she looks evil and she looks like she did it.... I mean... murder cases based on whether someone looks like an evil bugger? Half of foxestalk would be locked up!
Jimothy Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 I know it wouldn't stand up in court but every time I see her, especially that clip of her with her boyfriend, I think guilty. It all looks acted and put on, false. It wouldn't stand up in court because it tells you nothing at all about whether they were in any way involved. I would have thought Vlad's statement of "I know it wouldn't stand up in court" would kind of negate the need for you to tell him "It wouldn't stand up in court". Because I'm kind of guessing his statement of "I know it wouldn't stand up in court" would be a really big indication that he's well aware that it wouldn't stand up in court.

This being because you really can't tell if someone is guilty by the way they are acting. At all. Unless they are explaining they did it and waving the bloodied knife obviously. The point is the Italian judiciary decided early on she was involved, and ignored everything contrary and saw guilt in everything, even perfectly normal behaviour. Who wouldn't hug their girlfriend if her flat mate had just been killed?
Bryn Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 I don't think she killed her and I don't think Sollecito did either but I think they're involved in some way. Absolutely scandalous that she's profiting from the event.

Mack Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 In Italy it doesn't seem to matter what you are found guilty of because the punishment only gets served on those without the financial capabilities to wriggle their way out of it.
Vlad the Fox Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 Sorry I didnt realise Vlad new her personally. I see all I need to see on various selected news clips. Guilty.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 4 February 2014 Posted 4 February 2014 I know the perfect disguise for her... Filbert Knox!
sphericalfox Posted 4 February 2014 Posted 4 February 2014 this should solve the mystery, I'm convinced: http://youtu.be/xz-8Yzcslbs
