Donut Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 Im sending them out in a 442 Kasper Konchesky St Ledger Bamba Peltier Vassell Fernandes King Danns Nugent Beckford subs: weale, pantsil, wellens, schlupp, gallagher No abe in the squad for me. As for the result i think well win comfortably.............and on saturday. just in time for another piss poor away day for confidence to go back to 0.
Simmo86 Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 No doubt Yeates will score his standard 25 yard free kick tonight. ****!
marbelladave Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 We need two things tonight; A positive attacking approach. Our best players in their best positions. We will probably get a fair amount of the former after the criticism from sunday and we are at home, as for the second, I'm not holding my breath. I would like to see something like this go out with a positive approach, Schmeichel Peltier--St Ledger--Bamba--KoncheskyFernandes--KingAbe--Danns--Dyer/NugentNugent/Beckford The width on the left comes from Dyer or Nugent with Koncheski in support, on the right use Peltier.s pace as the cutting edge with Abe supporting and covering. Not at all sure about Beckford as a lone frontman, so I am a bit undecided as to who should lead the line. Like to try it both ways in due course. Not a chance of this happening though, Sven will send out pretty much the same team, play pretty much the same way and either one or two of our better players will have really good games and we will win or no one really steps up and we don't.
wellyfox Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 6-1 leicester You gonna share them drugs :crylaugh:
gerrytaggart Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 Schmeichel Peltier Bamba Konchesky Danns Fernandes King Beckford Nugent Vassel Schlupp I would opt for the reverse 4-3-3.
blueharmie Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 You gonna share them drugs :crylaugh: ive just doubled up on thracians pills.
lcfcadam Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 Schmeichel Peltier Bamba Konchesky Danns Fernandes King Beckford Nugent Vassel Schlupp I would opt for the reverse 4-3-3. Couldn't we just take this concept to it's full extent? Bamba WellensVassell - Beckford - Schlupp - Howard - King - Gallagher - Nugent - Dyer I mean Bamba is more than enough in defence, and we struggle to create anything from midfield, so this seems like the natural outcome...
blueblood88 Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 Schmeichel Peltier St Ledger Bamba Konchesky Abe King Johnson Wellens © Beckford Nugent Subs: Weale, Pantsil, Fernandes, Vassell, Schlupp. 1-1 draw, absolutely nailed on I'm afraid.

Dylan Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 Schmeichel Peltier Bamba St Ledger Konchesky Fernandes Danns Johnson Wellens Nugent Beckford Subs: Paintsil, King, Abe, Vassell, Schlupp,
jprs1976 Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 Schmeichel Peltier St Ledger Bamba Konchesky Abe King Johnson Wellens © Beckford Nugent Subs: Weale, Pantsil, Fernandes, Vassell, Schlupp. 1-1 draw, absolutely nailed on I'm afraid. agree with the team selection, but not the result...... can see a leicester win 2- 0 ( vassell and schlupp), can;t see Beckford up for the game (like all games before, needs a big game to shine)
dannythefox Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 Pansill St Ledger Bamba Koncesky Wellens King Fernandes Danns Nugent Beckford (he'll score tonight) 3-1 leicester
Number 6 Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 Do people wanting wingers think Moussa is worth a go?
Brooksy Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 Have we actually ever played well in a midweek game under Sven?
I am Rod Hull Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 If we don`t win this, i`ll be very surprised.... 3-0
whitlock Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 Unfortunatly I'm sure we will make hard work of tonight.
Simmo86 Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 Have we actually ever played well in a midweek game under Sven? In his first away game at Leeds we were excellent. Forest at home we were decent, but then does Monday night count as a midweek game?
dirty fox Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 As completely appalling as the Birmingham game was, I can see the foxes going out to prove themselves tonight. If the team has any semblance of a spine, then there is no excuse for them tonight, with a home crowd cheering them or jeering them. If we lose, so be it, but we better go down fighting. That being said, can sniff a win. 3-2
