Heskey2011 Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 Think they'll have a go at us seeing as it's like thier cup final (us being the Man U / C of the championship) if we weather that storm i can see us winning by 3 goals 3-0 or 4-1 something like that 'bounce back ability is needed'
harpendenfox Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 I watched Watford on Saturday. They were desparately poor and lacking in spirit. They hit the post once, and had two other shots on goal of note. Palace just kept knocking at the door, and sunk them with two moments of class. My Watford supporting relatives tell me they have been slightly better away from home, but if we play with positive intent, we really should have the players to beat them comfortably. I love having Sven as manager, but I really do feel we need to win these two home games convincingly. We're more than capable of it, as shown against Derby. We just have to ensure we cross that white line suitably fired up, almost regardless of the personnel chosen. I shall be heading up the M1 full of excitement, as ever. I just hope I'm still feeling that way after ten minutes...... Keep the faith and all that
Simmo86 Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 Wellens & Beckford need to play tonight for me. If Richie starts tonight and plays like he did on Sunday then I'm all for it, BUT and its a big but...if he plays his normal slow as shit game then he's totally the wrong man for the game
He's not bald Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 Here's a typical Leicester City scenario for you, it'll be convincing win tonight with a decent performance, we'll all turn up again on Saturday expecting more of the same and get turned over by a well below par Milwall!
jonthefox Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 I feel a decent win coming on tonight. Ps, if your sitting anywhere near a2 and you feel like shit in the morning, then the flu you have is from me.

Fully expect my chest infection to worsen great excuse to fill the old hip flask with JD though!
Babylon Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 I think Sven will use the loss as a reason to go back and try 4-3-3 again. Although, the loss of Mills might just make him stick with the 4-4-2 a bit longer. Kasper Peltier - Bamba - St Ledger - KoncheskyFernandes - King or Johnson - Abe or WellensVassell - Nugent - Beckford
Finchy Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 I'm fearing a Bristol City type game. Hope i'm wrong and we score another 4 against them.
MC Prussian Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 Referee is Christopher Sarginson (Staffordshire), known for being card-happy (especially with yellows): http://www.football-lineups.com/referee/1111/ (99% of his games have produced at least one yellow card ) Three points for me, please. Just show the doubters that Sunday's result was nothing but a blip.
Ozwin Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 I'd say 99% of all games have at least 1 yellow card tbf.

Babylon Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 I'd say 99% of all our games have at least 10 yellow card. Edited for you...
Number 6 Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 A win would put us 2 points off 2nd. Incredibly close league.
beryllind Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 Amendment to Babylon line up Delete King Delete Abe
Chairman of the Bored Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 Give me some width. And Stevie H. Jobs a good 'un. 3-0. Too narrow again and it'll be a struggle.
Master Fox Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 Kasp Pelts Bamba St Ledge (someelse not PK) Danns Gelson Johnson Dyer Super Steve Beckford Bench: Nugent, Darius, King, Panstil, Weale

EnderbyFox Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 Wellens an injury doubt acc. to Bert. Wonder who will captain then?
Libertine Posted 19 October 2011 Posted 19 October 2011 Wonder who will captain then? King I'd guess.
