Just been ringing round, VIP meeting was called tonight, thought it was decided to be Hughes when i left work today, but then got a phone call about ten mins ago saying that there is a VIP meeting being held and that nothing is confirmed now.

No idea what the VIP meeting is about, but I am now speculating and getting excited as much as you guys.

Where was the VIP being held

These rumours are immense!

Where was the VIP being held

Was not told, but I am pretty sure that they would not hold a meeting at the KP because it is too obvious and too open to media etc. They will want to keep this private until everything is wrapped up, so maybe the twitter comments about a London meeting could be true.

Sorry but I ain't having any of this VIP shit, it's not a night up Sugar Hut, this is a new manager coming in to a fairly un-attractive football club in which the candidate and interviewers will all be nigh on 50. Managed to place £10 with unibet with 13-1 odds for O'neill, although the only other bet that I've ever placed was with Mackail-smith when I got odds of 8-1 before they plummeted after the bbc reported that we had had a bid excepted.

The owners are in London. Have been since last night after they interviewed Clark. Any claim he's had no contact is a lie. They're now seeing other candidates - who I don't know.
