What can I say, iv accepted its a no now and im pretty much heartbroken  getting my hopes up like a fool.. I must be the only one who dosen't really want to see Lee Clarke coming, I'd love to see the club asking Chelsea for permission to speak Di Matteo

id give grayson a look in

I don't see why Grayson would leave the club he's always supported, are playing better football and are very much promotion candidates to come to us? Larry never seemed to be a money-grabbing type...

Pissing me off how the owners are saying all this 'we want someone who knows the league and can motivate the players and fans'

We had that man in Nigel Pearson and from the sounds of it you were the reason he got the boot.

:(

I hate football sometimes.

kevin keegan is the one. big name, can attract players, attacking football, has been promoted before amassing over 90 points on both occassions.

Who else of all the serious candidates has got promoted to the premier once let alone twice?

Agreed, it's a shame it's taken til now for them to learn.

I do quite like the idea of Ole Gunner Solskjaer though.

And Lee Clarke is growing on me.

Although when I see him, Davies and Jones linked I keep thinking to myself 'WE'RE THE MIGHTY ****ING LEICESTER, WHAT ARE WE DOING!'

That's the attitude the Thais had and that's why they appointed 2 managers for non-footballing reasons.

I don't care how unfashionable and how different they are to Sven, Clark and Davies are credible candidates.

I think off the back of this, anyone OTHER than Davies is a panic move

I wouldnt have said it was a panic move immediately after Sven's departure............but the candidates are gradually becoming more obscure, lower in quality and devoid of the core attributes the owners want

I might be completely wrong, but it seems like the Thai's put all their eggs in one basket trying to get O'Neill back, and now that wont happen everyone else is ''best of the rest''

Only half an hour ago I posted I wouldn't like to see Lee Clarke coming but after a little thought I'm growing to idea of him being manager of our club, his Huddersfield team do play good football, he's passionate and is a good motivater, but would he attract top players is a doubt I have?? Someone earlier said he is a younger version of MON, maybe he is?????
