Guest parky0607 Posted 30 October 2011 Posted 30 October 2011 Blackpool were fvckin terrible today though. to be fair I think vauxhall motors could have beaten them. Holloway was outstandingly pants in his selections... Anyway, my point being this is a winnable game and one we need to be winning to keep up the push

scottthefox Posted 30 October 2011 Posted 30 October 2011 No shame in starting Big Steve, he's a top bloke and has a great attitude, genuinely cares about the club.
Thracian Posted 30 October 2011 Posted 30 October 2011 ey, when you go drinking with a burnley fan and he insists his team are shit, you do tend to be confident of beating them. Burnley didn't look "shit" to me in what little they showed on tv today and if we go there with anyone who doesn't give a toss I'm quite sure we'll come back pointless. There's never much in it anyway - it's a grim place and the football usually adds to that impression. At the very least we'll need to compete in every department.
STUHILL Posted 30 October 2011 Posted 30 October 2011 Kasper Peltier Mills Bamba Konchesky Danns Fernandez King Dyer Howard Nugent
Cecchini1976 Posted 30 October 2011 Posted 30 October 2011 I would like to see Fernandes, Danns, Johnson & schlupp start. Would 100% not start Howard, plan b yes but to start no. Coming of the bench he can give us a good 30 mins Oh snd Mills back in at Cb
HEGGSY Posted 30 October 2011 Posted 30 October 2011 Mills can **** off. Excellent reason as to why he should f**k off you've put there.
Father Ted Posted 30 October 2011 Posted 30 October 2011 Mills for St ledger and Howard for Beckford. Schlupp on the bench. If Vassell and Dyer are injured then I would start Schlupp.
wagfox Posted 30 October 2011 Posted 30 October 2011 scheimical st ledger mills bamba pelts koncheski wellens king danns nugent schlupp subs; wheal, gally, fernandes, howard, ( dyer or vassel if fit )
LCFC_FAN_1995 Posted 30 October 2011 Author Posted 30 October 2011 Can't make my mind up about the team but now im thinking this.... Weale, St. Ledger, Fernandes, Schlupp, Beckford

Without meaning to be offensive - I don't care about your opinion. I'll trust the opinion of someone who watches them week in week out over that of someone who watched one match.
The Doctor Posted 30 October 2011 Posted 30 October 2011 that has got to be the most ridiculously shaped formation I've every seen, there's absolutely no balance.
Guest ttfn Posted 30 October 2011 Posted 30 October 2011 Schmeichel Peltier Mills Bamba Konchesky Danns Fernandes King Dyer Nugent Schlupp Subs: Weale Pantsil Wellens Howard Beckford
Guest Col city fan Posted 30 October 2011 Posted 30 October 2011 Schmeichel Peltier Mills Bamba Konchesky Danns Fernandes King Dyer Nugent Schlupp Subs: Weale Pantsil Wellens Howard Beckford that would be my team - 4-4-2 with width
demon_dog Posted 30 October 2011 Posted 30 October 2011 Not an easy one to call this. We had a team who thumped Derby 4 -0 Same players the next game against Birmingham and lose 2 - 0 and playing crap. Some changes then made for Watford, reasonably ok first half, second half once again lost the plot, but won 2 - 0 Next up Millwall, same team that beat Watford, play some of the worst football I have seen from a city side and lose 3 - 0 Sven goes and what happens, our caretaker manager(s) play the same team (with one exception) as played against Millwall. Guess what, bloody awful first half, things don't change until we make our substitutions using established city players! Don't our so called professional coaches see the same games we do. Anyone with half a footballing brain could have told them what sort of team to put out for both the Millwall and West Ham games. It's no good saying "the players are hurting, the don't like to be beaten playing as they have. They can't wait for the next game so they can make amends." What a load of tosh! If you play crap then you should be dropped for the next game to give your counterpart a chance to prove themselves. In the case of Beckford he probably would never play for us again if he can't be arsed to put any effort in. So to name the team for Burnley, I don't care who plays as long as they put maximum effort in and prove that they want to play for LCFC.
beryllind Posted 30 October 2011 Posted 30 October 2011 The club is in disarray at present I'm afraid.. I can only predict another loss on Tuesday even if a new manager is in place by then. Burnley thumped Blackpool today and looked pretty good Things need to change and sooner rather than later Don't care what side we play as long as Beckford ain't in it Totally Agree Burnley look aggressive and played for ninety minutes
J.Lisemore Posted 30 October 2011 Posted 30 October 2011 Kasper Peltier Bamba Mills Konchesky Fernandes Wellens King Vassell Howard Nugent Subs - Weale, St.Ledger, Pantsil *, Danns, Schlupp. EDIT - Dyer if fit, on the bench. *
Fox1651 Posted 30 October 2011 Posted 30 October 2011 Kasper Pelts Bamba Mills Konchesky King Danns Wellens Dyer Nugent Schlupp SUBS Howard Fernandes Pantsil Abe Vassell (if fit) or Beckford
Cropwellfox Posted 30 October 2011 Posted 30 October 2011 Assuming that Vassell and Dyer aren't fit, and taking an opportunity to try something a bit different Schmeichel Pantsil Mills Bamba Peltier (LB - has played there for a spell for Huddersfield) Danns (wide right) Johnson King Schlupp (wide left) Nugent Howard Weale, Konchesky, Wellens, Beckford, Abe
