What makes you say that?

He’s held in high esteem probably due to his death despite being a fairly average rapper. Far better rappers putting out far better music around the time he was active in the 90s. I could probably count on 1 hand the amount of Tupac songs I like but it’s each to there own really

Surprised All of the Lights made the list. I love the song but Kanye's definitely got much better tracks out there.

Those kinds of lists are always pointless and a bit crap. You could ask the same person multiple times and there list would change every time

Wouldn’t be close to being my list…. All subjective….

Are there any Eminem fans here? He's my favorite rapper of all time.

Clearly one of the best if we're just talking rapping ability, his music from the past 10 or so years is almost un-listenable though.

Do you still rate his recent albums?

I actually enjoy his newer music more, probably because I'm young. There are a lot of great songs put out by him 2009-present

Eminem’s last good album was Relapse 10 years ago. Even before that he only had 2 good albums imo.

For me, before his 4 year hiatus, MMLP and TES are the best. After he came back, MMLP2 and Revival are the ones I enjoyed the most. Relapse is good but some songs have really heavy accents.

Agreed. Though Relapse only really listenable because of the Dre producion,

Fair enough mate, especially if you're young and that's what you've grown up on. I used to love Eminem but he's a bit of a joke to me now. Some of his lyrics are among the worst I've ever heard, his delivery is mainly just shouting nonsensical ryhmes with a female singer on the chorus.
