somebum Posted 7 December 2011 Posted 7 December 2011 How sad is this http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-16074877 A father who killed his 14-month-old son because he was crying has been jailed for nine years. Nathan Allen, 27, of Romford, told the Old Bailey jury he had hit Fletcher twice in the stomach in January as he lay in his cot because he was crying. Allen was jailed for manslaughter, which he admitted at the start of the trial. He was cleared of murder. Fletcher Allen died in an east London hospital in January from internal bleeding caused by an abdomen injury. The jury heard the father had been alone with his son for half an hour when he attacked the child. **** Report goes on to say the boy had many other injuries inflicted by his father over the last few months. Sick motherfcuker. Here's hoping for his death in prison.
I am Rod Hull Posted 7 December 2011 Posted 7 December 2011 Its a sad world..... I know Romford very well, My Mrs is from Hornchurch which is just up the road but it happens everywhere.
The Doctor Posted 8 December 2011 Posted 8 December 2011 Here's hoping for his death in prison. And by doing so you're no better than him.
Leicester_Loyal Posted 8 December 2011 Posted 8 December 2011 And by doing so you're no better than him. somebum never harmlessly killed a child
The Doctor Posted 8 December 2011 Posted 8 December 2011 somebum never harmlessly killed a child However he is wishing death upon another person, which makes him also sub-human scum. Whatever happened to the concepts of compassion for our fellow human beings and of turning the other cheek?
Leicester_Loyal Posted 8 December 2011 Posted 8 December 2011 However he is wishing death upon another person, which makes him also sub-human scum. Whatever happened to the concepts of compassion for our fellow human beings and of turning the other cheek? I feel no compassion for a scumbag who killed a defenceless young baby. Somebum obviously feels the same, however, you don't.
J.Lisemore Posted 8 December 2011 Posted 8 December 2011 However he is wishing death upon another person, which makes him also sub-human scum. Whatever happened to the concepts of compassion for our fellow human beings and of turning the other cheek? Forgive me if your being sarcastic but...'compassion' for a father who has murdered his own kid? you've lost the plot.
MPH Posted 8 December 2011 Posted 8 December 2011 However he is wishing death upon another person, which makes him also sub-human scum. SOCCERROO FOX Posted 8 December 2011 Posted 8 December 2011 Forgive me if your being sarcastic but...'compassion' for a father who has murdered his own kid? you've lost the plot. Agreed
Rocket-Ron Posted 8 December 2011 Posted 8 December 2011 However he is wishing death upon another person, which makes him also sub-human scum. Whatever happened to the concepts of compassion for our fellow human beings and of turning the other cheek? Would it be ok if I wished he would get punched in his stomach when he's crying in his cell?
Fox92 Posted 8 December 2011 Posted 8 December 2011 Some people in this World are sick. Alot of bad news makes me question people, but hurting (and killing) a very young human being is so sick and horrible. I hope he rots in Prison, but knowing our Justice system he'll probably walk away with a 2 month sentance and a driving ban
citifox Posted 8 December 2011 Posted 8 December 2011 Hope he suffers every day of his life, if them boys in prison find out who he is he certainly will suffer. good
danny. Posted 8 December 2011 Posted 8 December 2011 However he is wishing death upon another person, which makes him also sub-human scum. Whatever happened to the concepts of compassion for our fellow human beings and of turning the other cheek? Definitely man. All the rapists, peadophiles and baby murderers in the world should be given a beautiful and comfortable life in a 5 star hotel, with hourly hugs.
MC Prussian Posted 8 December 2011 Posted 8 December 2011 Just another example of young parents unable to parent properly. You have a kid together, then expect it to function like a machine or behave like a dog. I'm all up for sterilization for sad, irresponsible cases like this.
Guest MattP Posted 8 December 2011 Posted 8 December 2011 And by doing so you're no better than him. WHAT THE ****?
Guest MattP Posted 8 December 2011 Posted 8 December 2011 However he is wishing death upon another person, which makes him also sub-human scum. Whatever happened to the concepts of compassion for our fellow human beings and of turning the other cheek? Seriously Al, wtf? You are on a wind up here, please tell me you are. "turning the other cheek" to people who have killed babies? You sick ****, what kind of man are you?
The Doctor Posted 8 December 2011 Posted 8 December 2011 Definitely man. All the rapists, peadophiles and baby murderers in the world should be given a beautiful and comfortable life in a 5 star hotel, with hourly hugs. Yep, because that's what I said. Now then - No matter what someone has done, wishing death on them is just wrong and makes you just a sick a bastard as the person you are vilifying. Yes, what this bloke has done is horrible and disgusting, but try being a decent human being and rising above it, don't sink to their level.
Guest MattP Posted 8 December 2011 Posted 8 December 2011 Yep, because that's what I said. Now then - No matter what someone has done, wishing death on them is just wrong and makes you just a sick a bastard as the person you are vilifying. I hope Iam Huntley and Roy Whiting die the most painful long drawn out horrific deaths imaginable. In your eyes this puts me on a par with a man who has murdered young innocent children? Can you not see why 99% of decent people would find that comment absolutely ridiculous?
Finnegan Posted 8 December 2011 Posted 8 December 2011 I wish death on people daily. Adele's top of the list but I'll throw in Kim Jong ll and Robert Mugabe just to keep, yknow, it sensible. I'm massively against the death penalty and I don't want to see this man - or anyone - executed for their crimes. Partly because, given I don't fear death or believe in an afterlife or "hell", I think rotting in a cell for decades with everyone around you knowing you killed a baby is a far better punishment than the "release" of death. But there's a huge difference between Somebum (as much as I think he's a complete ****, generally, no offence mate) wishing this man dead and ACTUALLY going and actively seeking out his death. It's only natural to react emotively to a story as strong as this, especially when you've got professional and skilled whips in the Mail and the Sun stirring everyone up into an emotional frenzy.
Guest MattP Posted 8 December 2011 Posted 8 December 2011 Yes it would be hard to get angry about someone killing a child without those bastards at the sun and mail.
Finnegan Posted 8 December 2011 Posted 8 December 2011 Yes it would be hard to get angry about someone killing a child without those bastards at the sun and mail. There's a bit of a difference between reacting angrily and frothing at the mouth and fantasizing the man having his entrails removed by rusty, barbed hooks or whatever constitutes this "slow and painful death."

I'm a bit of a sadist though. I think punishment is a beautiful thing and can be used to control people.
Saxondale Posted 8 December 2011 Posted 8 December 2011 This debate, effectively, though the medium of French Canadian cinema:
Finnegan Posted 8 December 2011 Posted 8 December 2011 I'm a bit of a sadist though. I think punishment is a beautiful thing and can be used to control people. Yeaaaaaaah, okaaaaay. That's great. Don't mind me while I slowly back away and call for the straight jacket.
