Leicester v Birmingham

Coventry fan looking for a bit of help here. Me and a few mates are going to your game v brum on Feb 18th. We'll all be supporting Leicester for the day and wanted to know where is a decent pub to drink in before and after and where to sit in the ground for a bit of atmosphere, I'm guessing to the left of the away fans? I realise this game is a while away but we've just decided to go as we'll be playing Forest away on the same day and we're all banned from there due to them employing absolute wankers as stewards. Cheers.

Have you seen the league table!? I'm not going because of how shit we are just purely because I can't go Forest away and I hate Birmingham and it's only down the road.

Plenty of bars on the Narbrough Road and loads of parking down the side streets off there.

Your only a 10 minute walk from the ground then.

If I were you I would still go Forest and just wear a hat and a scarf to cover your face you will be ok

Is this a scenario of things to come, when Coventry fold are all of their fans going to turn up on our doorstep and support us.

Not going to add that many onto our home attendances is it!

The extra 500 half time pies will please Pukka.

If your away from home why don't you ask if you can pay to sit in the RICOH for the afternoon, ok the atmosphere and attendance will be a tad worse than normal, but what you see on the pitch will be more entertaining and you won't be as upset at the end (as long as you don't know the result at the City Ground of course!) :giggle:

Stop picking on the bloke. lol

If he's supporting us, disappointment is more or less guaranteed.

Would I go support Coventry if I was banned from a Leicester game, no?

Can't believe people are telling them to come into L1, yeah, will really make the atmosphere better....

Glad L1 is season tickets only. The last thing I would want is a Cov disabled sat next to me.

Fvck this, I wouldn't want any cov cvnt standing near me, in our ground. Yea but like said earlier best place to go for a drink would be lamplighters, tavern, and maybe the blackboy, a bit later, 

They probably wouldn't want to sit next to a disabled like you.

Obviously you will not be wearing cov colours, so any pub near the ground will let you in and the locals are all friendly so long as you are just there to watch the match.

Nearest pub to the ground is the old half time orange, now called the symphony room? which is basically just across the road from the ground.

There is the local hero and the counting house on freemans common, just up thee road from the ground.

There is a little place called the Fbar near the ground but i'd avoid that since even though away supporters have been welcomed in there it is a place where rivals are not exactly welcomed.

My manager supports Derby and went there once with a group of the lad's and he told me he was genuinely worried lol especially since one of the lad's kept alluding to him being a shagger lol
