louie0316 Posted 23 January 2012 Posted 23 January 2012 closed down quickly good touch looks for space just like he did for barnsley against us NP £1 million spent well
Babylon Posted 23 January 2012 Posted 23 January 2012 Not sure why he joined us, step backwards from Barnsley. Snigger. One touch, pass and move. All of which he did with quality. Will have some more of that please!
Leicester_Loyal Posted 23 January 2012 Posted 23 January 2012 Good debut, hopefully we'll see him start in place of Wellens at Swindon, giving Richie a break.
Jimmy Posted 23 January 2012 Posted 23 January 2012 Good debut, hopefully we'll see him start in place of Wellens at Swindon, giving Richie a break. he can't play, he's cup-tied
Tielemans63 Posted 23 January 2012 Posted 23 January 2012 The best praise I can give is that his passing and movement reminded me of Neil Lennon. He never looked flustered and played the simple pass. Very happy with his debut, I think we will see good things from him. I was going to post the same thing. He has that buzz and industry that is reminiscent of the Ginger Genius. He's physically quite similar too.
FOX_TROT_07 Posted 23 January 2012 Posted 23 January 2012 Looking at his passing ability and how he reads the game he is just the kind of player beckford needs to feed off
city1993 Posted 23 January 2012 Posted 23 January 2012 We spent the first 20 minutes of his debut cheering his every touch, not entirely sure why... Leicester does funny things to the brain. After that, I liked what I saw of him, he passed the ball neatly, made some good movements on the right hand side even though he's a central midfielder, and could have had a couple of assists. Better than Wellens and King this season already! Has definite potential, hope NP brings the best out of him, good show!
paddy Agyemang Posted 23 January 2012 Posted 23 January 2012 Tis guy will become something in the Leicester side and looks like the player we needed
Fez of Mahrez Posted 23 January 2012 Posted 23 January 2012 An hour in and he's Lennon, Cleverley, Mark Davies... To be fair he reminded me of Cleverley too. Him and Danns in the middle would suit this team down to the ground.

Corky Posted 23 January 2012 Posted 23 January 2012 An hour in and he's Lennon, Cleverley, Mark Davies... To be fair he reminded me of Cleverley too. Him and Danns in the middle would suit this team down to the ground. With the skill of Izzet, tenacity of Savage and hairstyle of Konchesky.
Captain... Posted 23 January 2012 Posted 23 January 2012 Looked quality, we will see his true colours when we are a goal down and scrapping to get back in the game, so far so good, crisp sharp passing intelligent play and looked hungry, gutted he can't play against Swindon.
marko Posted 23 January 2012 Posted 23 January 2012 Reminded me of Zsolt Lacko or whatever is name was. I think you meant his mate, Gabor Bori
LCFC BEAST Posted 23 January 2012 Posted 23 January 2012 He's creative which is something we have been lacking all season!
Guest Col city fan Posted 23 January 2012 Posted 23 January 2012 Young Drinky looks like exactly the sort of player we needed.... Great debut
Master Fox Posted 23 January 2012 Posted 23 January 2012 Drinky. Yes! We've got ourselves a very good player. Im feeling very gay tonight.
BrummieFOX Posted 23 January 2012 Posted 23 January 2012 Drinky. Yes! We've got ourselves a very good player. Im feeling very gay tonight. So am I you know! Genuinely fallen in love with Nuge. Drinksy (def gay now) looked class, don't think he gave the ball away once and played simple but effective balls.
hornyhollthefox123 Posted 23 January 2012 Posted 23 January 2012 Reminds me of a Cleverly type of player. Thought exactly the same
burni Posted 24 January 2012 Posted 24 January 2012 great debut as stated by everyone, everything he did was 'drenched' in quality ( see what i did?). I was particularly impressed when he recieved a wayward pass but instead of us conceding the ball he some how managed not only to retain posession but to also put a pin point pass in, very impressive.
acooling08 Posted 24 January 2012 Posted 24 January 2012 He put in a decent performance with a few stand out passes. I wouldn't say he was any better than the rest of the midfield though who all had good games.
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 24 January 2012 Posted 24 January 2012 Reminded me of Zsolt Lacko or whatever is name was. He got ear marked as a future Leicester Legend after his debut......look how that turned out.
OzFox Posted 24 January 2012 Posted 24 January 2012 Sounded like the new Zidane on the radio Hope he doesn't do a Fernandes...storming debut then disappears without trace

Was that the one he slide vollied out to Danns on the left? Cracking touch that. Not getting carried away but he looks very very promising.
