Tielemans63 Posted 23 December 2011 Posted 23 December 2011 I can't see this happening. I just don't see NP taking a chance on a guy with a questionable attitude and work rate. Having said that, IMHO he might be worth a punt on a 12 month contract. If there's one thing I've learned about NP it's that he'd take a player with modest talent and a huge work rate over a player with huge talent and a modest workrate. For me, KB is in the latter bracket (without the huge talent!).

If he's not the right man for us then we shouldn't sign him. Don't forget he flatly refused to play for Scotland under George Burley after he was left on the bench a couple of times. Factor in that he was overweight and fecking useless for Boro and it's not a great CV he has is it?

All I am saying he is not bad player his record in the championship is fairly decent as a replacement for Howard I would take him.
