NewburyFox Posted 26 January 2012 Posted 26 January 2012 This is going to be pointless. They flatly refused our Stewart bids, and will do the same again with Chester.
Bazzerellie Posted 26 January 2012 Posted 26 January 2012 Joy, another winger............... Before the window opened, all about width, 5 days left and still not a one, I really hope nige remembers the wingers
bluearmy7 Posted 26 January 2012 Posted 26 January 2012 why the fvck do we need another defender MID FVCKING FIELD is what we want and need and a couple of wingers if poss how many more times
bluebeau Posted 26 January 2012 Posted 26 January 2012 This January window is a very difficult time to sign quality players, which is well documented by football club managers, NP included. Clubs are obviously reluctant to allow their best players to leave, especially if they are competing for promotion or fighting off relegation. NP is probably pulling out every stop to bring in quality players, but he isn't going to tell us what he has been up to, so let's trust in him & know that if he fails, it will not be through lack of trying.
wellyfox Posted 26 January 2012 Posted 26 January 2012 Reminds me a little of the summer this. Spend 3 weeks chasing one fwd that don't want to be here. And the rest of the time chasing players we don't fvcking need. We'll sign Steve Lynex last minute lol lol
louie0316 Posted 26 January 2012 Posted 26 January 2012 john_percy on twitter is saying @John__PercyJohn Percy Goodbye Wes? #nffc
Stevosevic Posted 26 January 2012 Posted 26 January 2012 Mark Charlton @TheNewStatsman I have just changed the back page of the #Leicester Mercury. An #LCFC bid for Chester now unlikely. Big progress in another potential deal.
bluearmyfox23 Posted 26 January 2012 Posted 26 January 2012 So according to John Percy, where attempting to sign wes Morgan and James Chester?
dave_the_fox Posted 26 January 2012 Posted 26 January 2012 hmmm that ties up with Percys bit about Wes... or does it.... how exciting...
glen parva fox Posted 26 January 2012 Posted 26 January 2012 7m ago no Chester bid, I reckon it's wes Morgan coming,
Libertine Dream Posted 26 January 2012 Posted 26 January 2012 Can't see why we want Morgan, especially if SSL leaves as a result
louie0316 Posted 26 January 2012 Posted 26 January 2012 tunchev has a injury again bamba will be progressing to the next round of the ACON so morgan will be the third centre back
Bettsj2 Posted 26 January 2012 Posted 26 January 2012 hmmm that ties up with Percys bit about Wes... or does it.... how exciting... Hardly 'Who shot JR' but it'll do.
FrankieADZ Posted 26 January 2012 Posted 26 January 2012 Hardly 'Who shot JR' but it'll do. who did shoot JR?
Clazie Posted 26 January 2012 Posted 26 January 2012 Maybe its Sharpe? Bit old for us aint he? Quality in his day but that would be desperation.
Stevosevic Posted 26 January 2012 Posted 26 January 2012 Mark Charlton @TheNewStatsman Re: #LCFC I really, really want to tell you but I can't. Just believe me that you will love tomorrow's back page Wondering why we would love it?
EcclesallOwl Posted 26 January 2012 Posted 26 January 2012 John Percy #LCFC have made a third bid for Wes Morgan. Potential 1m deal. Must stress the offer has not been accepted yet #nffc
EnderbyFox Posted 26 January 2012 Posted 26 January 2012 John Percy #LCFC have made a third bid for Wes Morgan. Potential 1m deal. Must stress the offer has not been accepted yet #nffc Hopefully this isn't meant to be the news that we "will love" we've already payed over the odds for one centre back.
Corky Posted 26 January 2012 Posted 26 January 2012 Mark Charlton @TheNewStatsman Re: #LCFC I really, really want to tell you but I can't. Just believe me that you will love tomorrow's back page Wondering why we would love it? So an overriding feeling of underwhelment (is that a word?) tomorrow then?
Leicester Lass Posted 26 January 2012 Posted 26 January 2012 Hopefully this isn't meant to be the news that we "will love" we've already payed over the odds for one centre back. I suggest you don't read the Mercury tomorrow then.
Libertine Dream Posted 26 January 2012 Posted 26 January 2012 If he thinks that lcfc fans will love another bid for Morgan then he should resign from his job. Snodgrass signing would be a story people 'LOVE'
EnderbyFox Posted 26 January 2012 Posted 26 January 2012 I suggest you don't read the Mercury tomorrow then. How very underwhelming
