Corky Posted 16 February 2012 Posted 16 February 2012 Enjoy the day (hopefully not too much!) and sorry for not giving you the 4000 ticket allocation you are entitled too - especially so as we look to be struggling to selling the tickets ourselves ..Best wishes! Really? I thought it would be a sell-out, with a waiting list for season tickets demand is obviously high so it's surprising.
ThurnbyLodgeFox Posted 16 February 2012 Posted 16 February 2012 We're Leicester City, we always play better against the 'bigger' teams
Ric Flair Posted 16 February 2012 Posted 16 February 2012 Marshall must start. Gallagher and Lloyd have been horribly inconsistent this season and Gallagher is appalling away from home most of the time. Hopefully Moussa is fit to give Danns and Wellens are run for their money in the centre as Drinky is obviously cup tied and possibly injured for a while now. If Norwich are going to play a diamond, perhaps Marshall could drop in behind the strikers.

I know, I was surprised too - our fans don't seem to be buying into the magic of the cup. Many were complaining at the £25 price for tickets, it is quite a lot but not too bad for an FA Cup 5th round tie. I think we will still get about 22,000 there but it would have been much better if you had been given 4000 as it would have been much nearer too a full house and a better atmosphere...
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 16 February 2012 Posted 16 February 2012 I believe Mike Dean is the ref for this one. I have previously thought he was a very good ref and did well when we had Man City at home last season. No dount he wont be on Saturday though!

Hardly a glamorous tie. It probably isn't, but having seen Norwich's recent cup record, it's almost nosebleed territory for them. The club is on a continual high and a potential quarter-final would be more progress. Still, we'll make some noise, our fans are better when we're underdogs, and I'm sure you lot will too.

About 750 tickets left in home areas - all single seats other than in the ACS, so there'll be 26000 or thereabouts I'd also cast doubt upon the opinion of fellow Norwich fans on here that we'll be fielding a "weakened" side. A 5th round tie at home doesn't come around that often and Lambert will be aware of the dangers that Leicester possess (and that that little ****er Nugent generally scores at Carrow Road!). I don't buy the "Man Utd is the priority line - he'll put out a side to win the game
foxes2011 Posted 16 February 2012 Posted 16 February 2012 we need changes , simply not good enough against watford poor whole team performance, its very different but we need change, id like to see
ThurnbyLodgeFox Posted 16 February 2012 Posted 16 February 2012 we need changes , simply not good enough against watford poor hole team performance, its very different but we need change, id like to see Moore is cup tied
Simo86 Posted 16 February 2012 Posted 16 February 2012 we need changes , simply not good enough against watford poor hole team performance, its very different but we need change, id like to see Moore is cup tied. Johnson will never be fit
Simo86 Posted 16 February 2012 Posted 16 February 2012 Ian Stringer @StringerSport Danny Drinkwater (foot) and Paul Gallagher (hamstring) are injured and won't feature at Norwich. Nathan Delfouneso IS available
foxes2011 Posted 16 February 2012 Posted 16 February 2012 dear me id just like to see something different every one says we have a strong squad but we havent. we have not seen johnson for ages, he was playing for sven when he was here so he cant be tht unfit and as for the others i just want to see changes but i guess we havent got the options. im disapointed after a loss you want to try and change things.
Kitchandro Posted 16 February 2012 Posted 16 February 2012 I've given Dyer a lot of stick lately but I'd rather have him out wide and hope that he has one of those days where he's not scared to run at people. Danns seems to just lose the ball all the while and do nothing out wide. Other than that I like.
TheUltimateWinner Posted 16 February 2012 Posted 16 February 2012 Seeing as everyone is using graphs now...
Jim_NCFC Posted 16 February 2012 Posted 16 February 2012 Just to add my thoughts into the mix i would also be amazed if we put out a weakened team in this one. We are basically safe in the prem ans this is our best chance of doing anything for ages in the Cup so i will be annoyed if Lambert takes it lightly. He didn't in the last two rounds so I would be amazed if he does this time. the team will be "weakened" in the sense that we probably have all of our first choice back 4 missing through injury (or non-availability in naughtons case) but other than that i expect him to put out what he regards as his best team for the match. With Lambert its not always easy to know what that is (as he is a horses for courses manager and there is not a lot between several of our players but i would expect/hope to see: Ruddy Drury Ward Barnett Martin Pilkington Fox Surman Hoolahan Jackson Holt/Morison

Jim_NCFC Posted 16 February 2012 Posted 16 February 2012 As long as we beat you, I dont care what team you play Same to you pal (other than I hope that utter t**t Nugent doesn't score.)
ThurnbyLodgeFox Posted 16 February 2012 Posted 16 February 2012 Same to you pal (other than I hope that utter t**t Nugent doesn't score.) Nugent likes to score against you and Becks just loves the FA Cup... you wont have a first team defence so it'll be close!
blueblood88 Posted 16 February 2012 Posted 16 February 2012 Is this on TV? My team: Schmeichel Peltier Mills Morgan Konchesky Marshall Danns Wellens Dyer Beckford Nugent

Ric Flair Posted 16 February 2012 Posted 16 February 2012 Delfouneso isn't available as he's cup tied, he played for Villa in the 3rd round, I'm sure of it?
