cc_star Posted 18 February 2012 Posted 18 February 2012 Really liking Morgan today, great threat up front & an experienced, head & strong at the back
Babylon Posted 18 February 2012 Posted 18 February 2012 That and the balls being played into them are unimaginative to put it nicely. It doesn't help, but they are giving away what they are getting too easily.
Ilkeston_Fox Posted 18 February 2012 Posted 18 February 2012 Still a bit shaky at set pieces. Yep... the two upfront have looked poor today, we jusr don't have any outstanding choices to bring on. Therein lies the problem, I know Nuge and Beckford will do well enough given the proper service, but when they aren't getting it, we've got nothing else to offer. Big Stevie isn't the answer either
HoustonFox Posted 18 February 2012 Posted 18 February 2012 Nugent looking tired. I blame that Maccy D's...
mattsmith74 Posted 18 February 2012 Posted 18 February 2012 Here comes Konch and the Fonz. Be interesting to see who for. Game is there if we can find one piece of quality.
Babylon Posted 18 February 2012 Posted 18 February 2012 Really liking Morgan today, great threat up front & an experienced, head & strong at the back Several times I have thought he's going to be in trouble, then he'll just waddle into the right position, or knock their player out of their stride. Ohhh forgot about Fonz on the bench.
kingfox Posted 18 February 2012 Author Posted 18 February 2012 Quality defending that was by Morgan. Konch and Fonz coming on.
Ilkeston_Fox Posted 18 February 2012 Posted 18 February 2012 Oh, and our (high risk) fans have been outstanding today
Bryn Posted 18 February 2012 Posted 18 February 2012 Bout time we had a bit of brute strength at the back. We've missed Bamba's.
ian_marshall Posted 18 February 2012 Posted 18 February 2012 I don't understand the introduction of Konchesky. I thought Kennedy played very well and seemed to form a good partnership with Dyer down the left.

I thought Kennedy played very well and seemed to form a good partnership with Dyer down the left. Because he had a few chances to get good ball in and didn't, all very well linking up but if the final ball is poor then it's not good enough. Mike Dean Oh yeah, I forgot.
LcFc_Smiv Posted 18 February 2012 Posted 18 February 2012 Bout time we had a bit of brute strength at the back. We've missed Bamba's. lol Oh your serious?
Langley Posted 18 February 2012 Posted 18 February 2012 IF it goes to a replay are we only going to sell them 2,400 tickets due to 'us' being high risk? Or just a little bit of payback. Maybe we should only sell 400 tickets. And stick them in L1
Ilkeston_Fox Posted 18 February 2012 Posted 18 February 2012 Your grounds too small for us.... C'mon City!!!! 2-1
