lcfcbaby Posted 21 February 2012 Posted 21 February 2012 Surely drinkwater will be a sub. Nigel seems to have adopted the 'don't change a winning team' idea!
Happy Fox Posted 21 February 2012 Author Posted 21 February 2012 Now the question is would you drop Wellens or Danns for Drinkwater, I certainly think the lad should start as he was coming good before he picked up that knock but it is nice to have some competition for places.
Corky Posted 21 February 2012 Posted 21 February 2012 Probably, but it's good that he's available as it was feared he'd be out for a while.
Captain... Posted 21 February 2012 Posted 21 February 2012 That team looked so good against Norwich, and I don't normally say this, but I would keep the same team. I don't think NP will though, I would expect Konchesky in for Kennedy, not that Kennedy did anything wrong, I just think NP rates Konch better. We also have the return of Bamba, I expect it to be SSL and Morgan, but who will get the nod for the bench Bamba or MIlls? Then there is the return of Drinkwater, when he has played he has looked our best player, can't see him playing unless fully fit though, but if he does play, I hope is played in the middle with Wellens and we don't drop Marshall or Dyer to play him on the right. I expect Koch to come in, With Subs: Smith, Mills, Kennedy, Drinkwater and Delfouneso. I think NP will not be happy about how long it took Bamba to return, and if he is on the bench ahead of Mills then it really could be the end for Mills.
THEBIGJOHNSTEADER; Posted 21 February 2012 Posted 21 February 2012 I say same team but with Stinkwater in as a 12th player. Since when have you counted how many players the opposite team has? No-one checks lads

If the club skipper ain't even on the bench ( assuming he's available for selection), then it would appear there's stuff going on. I'd keep the same team... We are supposedly building for the future? And I thought Tom Kennedy had a solid game against the potato shaggers. Drinky on the bench if fit...
gingerlcfc Posted 21 February 2012 Posted 21 February 2012 kaspar GK SSL RB with morgan and bamba ( if hes back ) and konch LB. Same mid & st 2-0 LECESTER
Mission Unlikely Promotion Posted 21 February 2012 Posted 21 February 2012 Its going to be a close game 2-1
Bluearmyfox28 Posted 21 February 2012 Posted 21 February 2012 kaspar GK SSL RB with morgan and bamba ( if hes back ) and konch LB. Same mid & st 2-0 LECESTER This but with Kennedy left back instead of konchesky pearson said that no ones place is secured therefore if he was to drop Kennedy I reckon he is going against his own words?
Dan Posted 22 February 2012 Posted 22 February 2012 I'm seriously stuck with this game. Got my ticket, low on funds and that bus drops me off around 12am in the centre of Leicester, I live in Narborough, what the fvck do I do? Is anyone driving? Will offer money.
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 22 February 2012 Posted 22 February 2012 Is Wellends a youngster? It's W. Ellends but his brother is a solid player and has a great header B. Ellends. ozleicester Posted 22 February 2012 Posted 22 February 2012 Is Wellends a youngster? He is Schemichel's brother i think
BrummieFOX Posted 22 February 2012 Posted 22 February 2012 Konch in for Wellens, other than that, unchanged for me. Be interesting to see who's on the bench out of Mills and Bamba. Derby fans I've spoken to really aren't confident and expect us to turn them over. We shall see. Strangely unexcited about this, normally like Derby away. Thursday night is just ridiculous!!
Guest Col city fan Posted 22 February 2012 Posted 22 February 2012 I think it's time to stand up and be counted. If, as many on here suggest, we have a squad that is good enough to mount a 'final push' for the play offs, it's now time to do it. We have nearly a fully fit squad to pick from. Derby are clearly out of sorts. We go to them on the back of a fantastic victory against a Prem League team. Finally, we have fantastic support........ Look at West Ham last night. They turned over an in- form Blackpool team, on their home patch and won at a canter. If we are to realistically have any final hope of league success this season we need a similar performance tomorrow night. No more excuses of players being unhappy, needing time to gel and all that old pony... Instead we need to start the run...
