I'm not going to add anything other than I agree completely with Stevie Synex and Freemans Wharfer from the associated thread.

Oh.. And Spherical.. Who usually talks lotsa sense.

No player is bigger than the club, equally you have to earn your place in the team. Mills has had some very good opportunities to cement his place in the starting 11 and had a couple of shockers. The last two games Morgan and St Ledger have been immense throw Bamba into the equation and it's hard to see Mills above any of them at the minute.

Who voted for option 3? :unsure:lol

On a serious note, no player is bigger than the club (use Sir Alex as an example who gets rid regardless of ability) and if one of my players showed a lack of disrespect (negative influence on the rest of the players), he would be out.

I understand why people don't want him to go to Leeds, but one; you are being majorly optimistic about our and Leeds' play-off hopes if you think they will finish 6th and we'll finish 7th, and two; I should think that they're the only ones who can afford him/want him. And stop bringing up the Campbell thing, he was poor for us and it didn't effect us negatively whatsoever when he went to Blackpool. We reached the play-offs with great team spirit that Campbell may have poisoned with his bad attitude, and then we lost to Cardiff City, who, as far as I'm aware, have no affiliation with Blackpool FC.

As for shipping him out I completely agree with Nigel.

But yes I did vote for option 3

Why isn't there a fourth option for

Dressing room harmony and good team spirit are far more important than one big headed twat getting yet another chance to prove himself.

Surprised this is even an argument. A lot of people seem to object to him going to a promotion rival, but I think you're overlooking the fact that there aren't many clubs who can afford to take him off our hands. The question of whether he should go is far more important than where he should go.

Plus, who's to say he won't have the same, or worse, damaging effect on Leeds as he did here? This might do a promotion rival's chances as much damage as it does ours good.

Right decision to loan him out but wrong decision to loan him to a play off rival

100% agree...Its not going to benefit us other than the wages... they will make play-offs and we will get someone banned and someone injured and end up playing Oakley right back haaa

Why are we lending him to a club so close competitively?

Tactics ;) everyone thinks there has been a bust up but really its just so mills can score some own goals sending us to the premier league!!!
