Right decision.

Even if he was the best player at the club (Which he is far from being) if he kicked off with the manager, has a bad attitude, a big ego he can go, we don't need people like that at the club, that added with the fact he been shite makes it even more of a right decision.

Mr Percy.

touche. ;)

How can he purport to have insider knowledge the night before, to which a lot assume he's gone to specifically Leeds, including Stringer reporting it as fact, then the next day report that it's not. Not the first time he's done this.

Actually I've had a gander on Mr. Percy Twitter, and no where on there does he state the opposite to last nights 'leak'.

Paddy you've been drinking I think. You're starting to read 'West Ham' as LCFC now. Best switch to Woodpecker ;)

Mills isn't a shit football player. He's just (for whatever reason) not settled here yet, his price tag isn't his fault. It's both our 'we've got money so we'll spend it' attitude and Readings 'we value Mills, he's our club captain, it's going to cost you' stance.

I think it's probably the right decision at this time in the season, our CB's are all playing well at the moment so Mills is going to struggle to get a game, but as a professional footballer, you have to expect that at some point in your career, not pussy out of getting a start by going to another club - that's if it's his decision to move on or Pearson's....

Who voted for option 3? :unsure:lol

On a serious note, no player is bigger than the club (use Sir Alex as an example who gets rid regardless of ability) and if one of my players showed a lack of disrespect (negative influence on the rest of the players), he would be out.

why would you boot someone out for showing a lack of disrespect? surely that's exactly what you would want?

Last thing we want is a bad apple sending the rest of the bunch off

I want him out, not hanging around in the back ground causing a bad smell

Don't care where he goes, hopefully he does join a rival & gets himself sent off a couple more times, or is equally useless at marking-up for them as he is for us.

And for anyone comparing it to DJ situation, you're wrong. NP sanctioned DJ's loan move to Derby (mid-table) someone above NP switched it to Blackpool

Pearson needs to go. Now.

wtf, and that's to both post's. I don't understand.

He's reportedly refused to go to Leeds so this poll is pretty pointless.

Gardening leave it is then.

Or keep him away from the first team and train with the reserves/youth team (Where he is currently training) - Although do we really want him setting a bad example to the reserves/youth team.

The second is referring to you putting 'a lack of direspect' I think you mean lack of respect, a lack of disrepct would basicall means he shows respect.

He knew what you meant though as everyone else did, he was just being a dick.

I didn't notice but cheers for pointing it out

Bert's just put on Twitter that he's completed his loan move to Leeds. :(

Great news

Lets hope for a couple of reds & associated suspensions letting them down just like he did us, hopefully his marking-up continues to be woeful too and he can be as indifferent for them as he was for us.

You're right, I've had a 'mare there! It is bring reported here though

I'm not saying that means it's true though.

Doesn't look like it if Bert's post it true. 'Tis a murky world, Twitter.

Right decision to send him on loan and good that it has been dealt with quickly, as for it being Leeds, we don't have playoff rivals at the moment, because we are not looking like we are going to get in to the play-offs. At least loaning him to a club that might get promoted means they may be able to afford to buy him if they go up, can't see Leeds going up though, and if they do I can't see it being bacause Mills inspired them to promotion.

Right decision in the fact hes been woeful.

Wrong decision in sending him out to a rival Championship side.

You think he's woeful. How will he help someone else then?

I'm not too bothered where he goes- if one of our defenders gets injured then we are down to two (with possibly Peltier filling in). But if he can't work with the manager then it's best he moves on.

It's right for Pearson to show Mills, and the other players for that matter, that he is boss.

It's right to get him away from the club if he's causing problems in the dressing room.

It's right to let him go out on loan as a bit of space might let him get his head together and come back to the club better for it.

It's not ideal that he goes to Leeds but if it's Leeds or nowhere...then it's Leeds.

I would agree when you see who sir alex as got rid of yet they are still up there
