HEGGSY Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 Your two other posts were quite miserable though, weren't they?
Petchy Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 Why do we think we are such a cosmopolitan club with our scarve whirling, poznan dancing? Sometimes it looks like we are an embarrasing bunch of wannabees with no originality....... And as for that new chant ... how dull and irritating is that? Whats happened to the old songs? Far better in my opinion ..... As for Sunday ... our delusions of granduer will be destroyed as we are comprehensively beaten ... on the plus side we might reach the play offs!! WUM is a WUM. No one has any 'delusions of granduer' here, we're all looking forward to an exciting match! If you're going on Sunday, probably for the best you give your ticket to someone who will actually enjoy it rather than you just sitting there moaning.
Ely fox Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 Yeah they were ..... a bit tongue in cheek though to be honest! I have supported city for over 25 years, we have always had brilliant away support, i just don't like the Poznan! Its part of man city's identity and not ours. Hopefully we can get a draw and then get em back to the Walkers and stuff em! I predict 3-1 chelsea though! Sorry if thats miserable. i think more like realistic. the play offs have gotta be a possibilty though if we can sort out our inconsistency.
Ely fox Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 Heh Petchy do i need your permission to do things now? Whats the problem don't you have the ability to debate a subject or is abuse what you resort to to make a point? Touchy touchy!!
Corky Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 I haven't seen the Poznan (a large scale one anyway) for a while now.

Yes - it's so uniquely Man City, they were the one wot fort of it first, innit Even the family stand are getting more into now - looks fvcking awesome over in L1 etc.. - if I weren't so apeshit because we just scored I'd love to video it COYB - give us some poznan opportunites on Sunday :scarf:
Lobsterboyuk Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 I haven't seen the Poznan (a large scale one anyway) for a while now. Depends on the "large" scale? Looked good to me on tuesday night and also cov?

The Year Of The Fox Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 Yep... The Fox.... top of Putney High Street. 11:00 opening. Lee, the Guvnor said me may call his pub the Foxes, just for the one day. Top man. He is a Spurs fan so defo wants City to win. There is also a huge Wetherspoons opposite the Fox called the Railway. Putney bridge tube stop presumably?
Lobsterboyuk Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 I mean more than a couple of blocks in one stand. Hopefully get a chance on Sunday when6000 in the shed end kick off
LCFC_FAN_1995 Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 We're taking 50 coaches to this game wouldn't want to be on the coach at the very end Yeah they were ..... a bit tongue in cheek though to be honest! Lech Poznan actually brought it here and Man City copied them, many teams do it It's more realistic to beat Chelsea than get to the play offs which we won't make we can't even get 3 league wins in a row
PutneyFox Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 Putney bridge tube stop presumably? You can get off @ Putney Bridge. From there you walk over Putney Bridge itself which brings you onto the High Street. Walk up there & the Fox is on the corner of the main set of traffic lights. Opposite Putney mainline station. Alternatively you can get off @ the next stop.. .East Putney. Turn left & walk straight down & the Fox is a few minutes away. Believe it or not cheap beer as well! £2.75 for a beer.

Tiny place & full of Chelsea.
Master Fox Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 I'm starting to get a bit nervous. I really wished I had gotten myself a ticket and gone down there. If we're winning with a few minutes to go and watching it on Tv will be horrendous.
Petchy Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 Seeing as Ely Fox is being such a miserable sod, there should be a spare ticket going! Get it off him Master Fox
purpleronnie Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 Lucky sods, my house will be full of people with kids running around like loonies and me not sitting down all day!
z-layrex Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 I'm doing a shift on maternity and couldn't get anyone to cover it. The amount of times i've helped other people out too! Won't bother next time.
accessory Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 Still plenty of tickets available on Chelsea's website. Would be amusing if we scored and pockets of fans jumped up in other stands..
21st Century Fox Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 Still plenty of tickets available on Chelsea's website. Would be amusing if we scored and pockets of fans jumped up in other stands.. I'm actually quite dreading having to hold back if we do. I don't want a prawn sandwich thrown at me.

Kitchandro Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 Anyone know if block g1 is upper or lower tier? And if I've got a ticket for an over 65 does it say that on the ticket or does it just say concession (as in, can I use a over 65 ticket for a under 17 as they are the same price?) And also, does anyone know where the Chelsea box office is (I've been told I can pick up a ticket from there?)

The tickets just say that when you scan the barcode at the gate the light turns yellow for concessions, so it maybe worth checking beforehand, whether it makes a difference as they're the same price.

Can't understand why I'd have to pick up away tickets from somewhere other than our own ticket office?
Hantsfox Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 Havent got a ticket for this one, but just got ESPN sports only £12 for a month. I look foreward to hearing all you lucky sods singing your hearts out. C'mon you Foxes.
