Reading (A) Match Thread

Today's result was on the cards from the start. It would have Reading to come down with the ebola virus at the training ground for us to get a win today.

As someone has already stated, they've been on a run for some time, and conceded bugger all. They are up the top for a reason.

I've avoided discussion pre-match simply on this basis.

What we need to do is get behind the team for the cup run, and hope to christ we don't make it to the final and Europe, as we don't need that next season for a promotion push.

IMO Howard, at present, is more likely to score a goal than Schlupp. Gaaly is more likely than Marshall to do so, too. Not hard to see why they went on, for me. Ido think this might be Howard's last match, though. With seemingly nothing to play for in the league this season now, the focus has to be to move Schlupp forward in his progression so that this time next year he is more likely to score than whoevever is sitting next to him on the bench

That's why we're 3-0 down is it?

Shut up Stringer. Mills is the last twat I want to see come in.

Mills has experience of leading teams to Wembley. The current captain doesn't and never will have.

I can imagine beckfords face now looking like a slapped arse and him moaning at his teammates.

I'll be quite happy to see Beckford feck off in the summer - he's been mostly shit. I think the fans have actually been really patient with him. Let's be honest - there isn't really much of a partnership developing between him and Nuge, we've been clutching at straws.

you're joking right.

Schlupp is more likely to score than Howard and despite being injured for most of the year has scored more than howard.

I agree that Gally is more likely to score than Marshall but Marshall was more likely to put a corner in for someone to score than Gally was.
