Schmeichel wasn't that bad for Leeds! After speaking to many Leeds fans they were reluctant to let him go. Beckford didn't excel at Everton and Nugent didn't excel at Burnley but they were both Premier League teams at the time! This is the championship it's completly different! They've both proved they can score in the championship previously! In almost any championship team these three players would be sure to start!

I have faith in Pearson to get it right but certainly changes need to be made but what I don't do is single players out and bang the same boring drum day in, day out. Beckford has been disappointing overall this season, but you could say the same about 90% of the rest of the squad. I bang this drum because I believe it to be key to our lack of success. If we can't keep the ball up front and defend as a team we will get nowhere. I can forgive Nuge for not being able to do this enough.. At least he scores goals. I'd rather keep on making what I consider important points than do what you do.. Simply knock others for doing so. I have nothing against you mate.. But stop knocking me for actually wanting to try to suggest what I feel the major problems are.. That's all I'm doing. And Young is saying exactly the same thing...
